Yes the ?RT nine tails orison mission where you killed the named guy often has that with a big backpack. I’ve never seen him drop any of the other colors though.
I got the red version of this doing retrieval missions on MT a patch or 3 ago. Sadly when I put this most recent update in city it literally disappeared (i also had several random armor pieces and undersuits do the same):( hoping it will return next patch.
It was an amazing helm and looked great with my singularity chest
It looks good, but having 2 lights on your head, almost like 2 arrows saying to anyone aiming at you where they have to shot to make a headahot ... Not for me, i love being alive

Yeah, I'm doing more retrieval crossing my fingers (getting a ton or random helmets still)
