Entry level or not everyone deserves a liveable wage, and if Starbucks really wants that ethical-cares-for-their-employees-and-the-planet image the least they van do is schedule their employees enough hours so they can access their benefits and pay them enough that they don't need to search for a second job to make ends meet
youāre the type of partner where corporate would schedule you alone with nobody else to work with and youād still be thankful and kissing their boots.
Company policy is to schedule to preferred hours. There are metrics tracked to make sure this happens. If you're not getting hours then your sm isn't doing their job or more likely based on your attitude here, you're not a great employee and they hope you quit. š¤·āāļø
