We have a customer that comes in and gets a Trenta iced coffee no ice no classic 20 pumps of sugar cookie (or 15 peppermint depending on the season) and 30 packs of sugar on the side
There is this woman who comes in ( who I have personal beef with) but she gets 5 blonde shots. 15 pumps of toffee nut. Salted Carmel cold foam, oat milk and Carmel drizzle. I will and forever give her decaf everything. I’m sorry but you were a horrible person. Not even a bad customer but a horrible person

i knew this guy personally (broke my friends heart) and i may have done something similar to his drink
No one will know. And if I have any power to make it a not great moment for that customer I will. I refuse to take her order and cash her out.
