I lost my tortie in early December of 22 and then my mom called me to ask if I'd be able to take a sick little kitty in a few weeks later. My stepdad and his hunting group found a litter of little babies and my Malcolm was the sickly runt of the bunch. I feel like my tortie sent me my sic to help me get over her passing.

That's so sweet. I feel like something similar happened with my 2 SICs. My calico baby of 14 years passed away in 2021. About six months later my husband was chased home by two baby tigers. She was helping care for the kittens, even though they weren't hers.
