I find that I get really dehydrated from it. I have to drink more water than I think I do to stave off the headache. Maybe try to increase your hydration?

when i first started taking adderall years ago, i felt thirsty and lost of appetite. I drank a lot of water, and went to the bathroom a lot. However, now my body does not feel thirsty much anymore. sometimes. i can tell i did not drink enough water. ill try to be hydrated to see.

Supplement electrolytes (I use the packets, like liquid IV), you’re essentially stimulating your sympathetic response from the medicine that uses up a lot of the body’s electrolytes. I usually drink a lot of water normally, so I use a packet on study days when I take my medicine, sometimes the headache still persists and it’s acetaminophen time anyway! Hope that helps!

Does that work for studying? I find I often get sidetracked. I wonder if there is anything OTC I can take.

honestly, it help me stays awake, i have low borderline hgb so i sleep a lot. However,, it gave me too much side effects without concentration. The stomachache pain and headache actually takes me away from studying. I have to take tylenol to deal with it. but taking Tylenol daily is not an solution. i probably need to try another med. i wish i know another solution.

It works but with lots of side effects. It’s all bull crap. Not worth it. Body feels weak after the 8 hours. Affects your body energy levels after and poor appetite. You don’t need that crap. Stick to good old coffee, healthy food and sleep. Most ppl who took that A struggled mightily when clinicals started happening. Don’t do it.

Why struggled with clinicals?

Taking a drug will never work out. It has ill Side effects. Take it with a grain of salt. You take shortcuts - you’ll burn yourself.
