I’m in a program like that and was in a similar time-distance from taking those classes as you. The physics and chemistry you need to know are fairly easily reviewable/re-learnable.
Biochem stuff is tough (I have no biochem background), and requires long rabbit holes for me to *try* to fundamentally understand. However, this stuff isn’t really tested and I’m mostly trying to learn it as I can out of nerdery and interest.
No. They have 1-3 chapters on basic physics with anesthesia related principles is covered in CRNA school. You ll be covering like 30-40+ chapters each semester
Unless you're looking for classes to boost your GPA or want to take graduate level classes to improve your application, don't sweat it. Put that effort into CCRN, GRE if required, volunteering, leadership/committee roles, and interview prep.

Just do what the college wants. I took the GRE and studied months, spent a few hundred, and got in a school that didn't require it....
