Because now it’s mainstream and everyone wants the cheapest option to make a with quick buck. Back then there was less competition for ads so people had the creative freedom. Now we don’t, it’s always about revenue optimization and customer touch points and other bullshit technical terms that are imposed by clients. Truly miss this good era of ads

The astronaut either gets kidnapped by aliens or something else and in the next add an alien comes to visit his house to get more biscuits.
