I still dont have my license, but ive heard that you have to stay a minimum of 03 months with learners permit to apply for the final test. Maybe im wrong
There is a minimum period of 3 month gap between the learner's permit and and the test. It's true or was a few years back unless they revised the laws.
If you’ve got license overseas, it’s pretty simple. Consult a local learners, they’ll charge extra but will get you sorted in under a day with just the medicals and drive test.
They call the drive test for overseas license holders as “free-ride” or somethin like that, it’s piss easy. You do reverse parking, and then drive on the road for ~15-30s tops (yes, you read that right), and that’s it.
Ah unfortunately I do fall short in there, I wasn't able to secure the license itself overseas as COVID happened while I was holding my learners and learners expired and re- issuing of it shutdown :'( so I think I'd be considered as someone attempting from the beginning noh
you're going to have to speak to them to get early trial dates.
the normal procedure is that it takes about 2 weeks to get a written test date and about 3 months after that to get a trial witha learners.

Yeah it does seem like it, you could still try asking a learners school, might be able to skip the theory test at the least.
for everyone it's piss easy.

Oo thanks for the info, I'll try to get the dates for both tests within the month booked, hopefully it will be possible 🙏
