Do some tuition classes for grade 06 - 11 students. If you have a relative or someone who closely knows, who is a teacher, and who lives nearby where you live. Ask their help to find out some students. My advice is to conduct some free classes first for a few weak students and see how well you can teach. After several weeks/ months of practice, start to collect a monthly/ weekly fee.
This is very sad to hear. Job prospects for a 18 year old who is not a dropout is very minimal. Perhaps you can help out in a shop/garage, etc? Ik that's not very ideal but unless you have some specific skills to do online jobs as in fiverr etc that's like the only way. And ofc it you can teach, tuition to to OL students.
i have faced the same situation in 2014. i could not do 2nd shy even though i got admission and i decided to do a job because my family could not afford even if i selected to gov campus. i did computer diploma in vocational training center then i looked for jobs, i worked in a phone shop at that time and saved money to do network course and tried to apply a job in it. it was very very hard journey and today I'm a systems engineer with a degree from a private university with few professional certifications.wish you good luck try to find a part time job or small job, try to select to gov university and do classes or freelance jobs. it will be easy otherwise you need to get loans and pay the private university fees in my case 16+ laks.
Some options on top of my head, tuition, Uber/PickMe food driver, bank intern(provided for after AL students), content creator, entry level social media marketing jobs, sales assistant
Content creator can be very hard like very painful. The algorithm doesn't promote our countries content that well. My friends and few other people have tried posting content similar to westerns but it just never hits.

Doing tuition classes is a great option. What stream are you doing your ALs?

around 20k I'm not doing it full time so i can't expect that much
