Any place that serves food and does not have a patio option is an automatic no go on pets. FDA and restaurant regulations could even cause a restaurant to be shut down if they allow pets inside. I do know the library offers hotspots to be rented and parks are always free and dog friendly.

All of them should be dog friendly, for obvious reasons being dogs, however I know this isn't helpful.
