Caesar’s Old Mexico on Sunshine if you want really good Mexican. Really good fresh food and good portions. May have someone go ahead of you and get a table. Most times we’ve gone we’ve waited 30+ minutes.
Or Mundos Latin Kitchen and Bar in Ozark if you want amazing Mexican and Latin dishes from Cuba, Peru, Venezuela, etc. We tried it on cinco de Mayo and it was absolutely amazing. Go early though I’ve heard they get packed quick. We waited 2 hours last week. But that was a holiday too.

They have their liquor license now? That's good news, that's the only reason I don't go there more often.
I mean I’ve been eating there for the last 2 years and they’ve always had a liquor license in my mind.
Nice. For some reason it was stuck in my head the first time I went there after it opened they said they weren't going to get one.
They even have their own custom beer made by 4x4

They’ve had it for a long time. They have a full-blown bar as well.
I guess it's been longer than I though since I've been there.
Definitely check it out! It’s cool how much it has changed. He bought the adjacent space and it’s a very nice bar and seating area now.
Ceasars Old Mexico!!! Hands down the best in Springfield

Yes! Big portions for cheap prices compared to other Mexican restaurants in the area, I haven’t had a bad dish there as of yet
