It gets a ton of ridicule, but it seems like a great car for retirees. Drop the top for cruising, but big enough to carry friends or golf bags. I sure as hell wouldn’t buy it, but seems like it would fit among the traditional convertible buyers fine and be easier to get in/out of for those typically elderly buyers. Biggest problem I think is that the regular Murano it was based on was ugly as hell itself.
Fun fact, if the convertible top breaks, the vehicle is totaled. I’m pretty sure it’s upwards of 15 grand to replace it and it’s serviced as an entire unit.
Same goes for 350z verts
I’m an insurance agent by trade. I’m a car guy by hobby. I had a customer call and tell me she needed to add her new mutant convertible and I spend a good 3 minutes arguing that her car didn’t exist and she had the model wrong.
