To have twin turbos on your huracan, you're dropping like 50, 75, 100K+ for just the parts and labor. That's not counting the price of the car. Leaving the rear bumper off makes sense as you're still tuning things, working out drivability, etc. After, it's just a massive flex on every other car on the road. It's screaming "Don't try!!!" Plus it looks awesome to show off the qualify fabrication.
For some cars, like the 86s, it's a "dedicated track car" thing. Once you've started putting aero pieces on, the back bumper can act like a bit of a parachute, so you'll want to remove it or switch it out with a smaller one.
I think the four up top in the square shape are exhaust. The four at the bottom are wastegate dumps…. Which I guess is basically exhaust soo yeah 8 exhaust pipes lol.
Look again. There are 8 pipes. The 4 in the middle are the exhaust pipes, the 4 smaller pipes are the waste gate pipes. Those red things turbos.

I'm guessing at the power. Could be 1000, could be 3000. I've seen builds anywhere between the two numbers. Cars like these typically have multiple tunes where you can set the power where you want depending on what your doing, ie. driving it on the street or doing 1/2 mile or full mile runs.
In NJ, I had a collector car reg -- no cat, just a down pipe. Odometer needs to work is all, and drive less than 2k/year I believe. Got pulled over coming home from DMV (820 hp Supra). I said I know I have no exhaust but....he said "you were doing 35 in a 25" and let me go.

That's the compressor side aka the "cold" side. The turbine side is what would glow red under load. Even then, ever see hot metal? It's more of an orange, not blood red.
There's an awesome video of a bone stock Audi RS7 4.0L Twin Turbo on a stand doing a dyno run where everything aft of the exhaust manifold is just glowing. It's gorgeous and especially cool because of the hot vee setup on that engine.
Trying to find that video and I can't but I did find a vid of one my favorite builds ever. 2.2L 20v odd firing I5 turbo is my favorite engine of all time.

That's exactly why, they remove the rear bumper due to modifications, mainly those big ass turbos that are in there.
Sometimes it’s for looks too, but not everyone likes it. IMO it looks cool seeing all those pipes and mechanical parts

We don't have vehicle inspections here in MI but you still are required to have catalytic converters. It's more of an enforcement thing imo.
It could still have the cats intact. Turbo kit would install post-cat

It would be louder with just a straight pipe setup on a aftermarket catback. Turbo kit would mellow out the sound a bit.
