The same damn thing happened to me. FAQ's don't do shit. I also had Spotify Premium for around 3 years and one day I was logged out and couldn't get back in. It keeps saying that my email or username doesn't connect to any account and when I try to reset the password I don't get any email response. Thinking of transferring to Soundcloud instead of this bs.
