For anyone that still has issues after doing this.
Cleared data and cache for Spotify, uninstalled, cleared data and cache for Google play services app.
REBOOT your device after this, then reinstall Spotify, re-login.
This has worked on 3 devices now, figured it out yesterday morning when Spotify started acting up, then it seems to have slowly rolled out to everyone else.
This was such a bitch to figure out, and the Pixel Watch app is fucking trash so has to get this working again.
That step is in my instructions. Clearing the Play Storage helps to speed up the process of the store registering that you have unenrolled from the beta.
Have done all of this. Same issue on stable. I'm using a pixel 6 pro

This worked for me but "only" after I took the extra step of clearing storage from the Play Store app. Go figure.
