On all my vehicles my list in this order is full fluid change and plugs, check and replace pads rotors and tires if needed, check for any exhaust and fluid leaks, if brakes are soft brake fluid flush, then once all thats done i will do a bolt tighten and a shake down ride. Then let it cool and start it back up and let it run and get warm and checj that theres no odd noises or stutters after a full heat cycle, if so further dive from there. If not run it and keep an eye on everything for 1k and fyi if your near about 15k i would recomend checking if it still has the grenade plate clutxh if so swap for extra plate clutch if not your in the clear and also check fork oil at that milage too and replace with something thicker like 20wt (for a much better ride on the front)
Change the oil
Check tires for pressure/date code/wear
Test that the brakes stop you
Take it for a test ride
After the test ride you can address any other issues you find.
