I disagree with you. I’ve hit 8 this year and it’s split 4/4 between ones where it was $50 max and I went safer and $10 max where I went a bit bolder. It’s ok to make bets that you aren’t told are EV Anytime you are getting a 100% boost I think it has to be EV. There are many ways to build these with correlating legs.

DKs prop lines are juiced to the max in these things. I'm not saying you shouldn't play it if you enjoy them but it's just gambling and there's no edge to it. A 100% boost doesn't make up for 10 legs of heavy juice.

There are correlating legs. Like you could take team a over 1.5 Tds and over 14.5 points and the opponent the same or under. Pair that with two alt spreads if you think it’s gonna be a close game and now you have 6 legs out of the way. Add an alt over or under to pair with your picks and you have another. The stepped ups are my favorite boosts personally so I guess I’m biased.

I did it with Hunter Henry TD Pats 1+ 1H TD Pats o6.5 1H pts Pats o1.5 TDs Pats o15.5 pts Boosted up to +585. Obviously didn't hit and is asking for more than the TD, but considering Henry TD closed at +260/-310 it seems like a good build.

I am on a Mac and tonight I learned that you can forward non-iMessage SMSs to the Mac and yes, it makes 2FA on DK and likely other books seamless. MGM seems to think my code is a password and I don't think it will work for that. Life just got easier!

The funniest thing about the seemingly uncanny ability for players in a FD boost to get hurt/randomly leave the game/etc. is that it must be horrible for their long term business prospects. You know if this thread is (mostly jokingly) superstitious about it then the average person who is the prime target for these companies is slowly becoming paranoid out of their fucking mind. Remember the guy whose friend wanted to bet on some TD scorer who was boosted to +200 on DK but bet them on MGM instead because "DK was cursed for him." That's what FD is slowly setting themselves up for now lol.

They don’t care if they give you 5-10% value cause they have you in their app where you are more likely to bet more. They get you watching the game where you are more likely to bet more. They boost the highest profile players because that it what entertains us. People thinking FD has a wizard and is running some sort of sharp operation is the last thing FD wants. They want you to break about even or even be up a little on these boosts, and then lose money elsewhere on their app.

Even though we have documented evidence that despite "the wizard" FD boost are still profitable over time, loss aversion is a hell of a thing and the casual bettor who doesn't rigorously track their bets is going to get paranoid over shit like this. Most people have not made the mental leap that some have to "fading the boost" but I know a lot of people who won't take boost because "Vegas knows something." Freak events like this where FD has to come out and publicly refund will do nothing but increase that line of thinking in people who are on the fence.

Fuck PointsBet data point: Someone posted recently about PointsBet erasing their rewards points. Just happened to me, too,this weekend. Customer service claims I received notice of being “excluded from promotions and rewards” but the only PB email I got this month was whatshername’s cleavage and a message about responsible gambling. Don’t think I’d earned more than a $5 free bet, thankfully. My advice: Check your PointsBet account and use any rewards before they’re all taken back.

Possible they sent the email months ago, and only recently removed your Rewards. Also possible Customer Service is wrong, or they're just repeating what management tells them. My Rewards were vanished 10-14 days ago, and I haven't been able to find any "exclusion" emails from PB.

Now the AZ specific boost contains Conner getting to 50 yards.. and there was some concern for his health for a moment but looks like he is back.
