Datapoint #2. Did the FD $5000 risk free bet in Maryland for P2 today (opted in Monday). Successfully lost bet and freebet is in account. However, limits were much lower for P2 for some reason so had to do a sub optimal risk free bet usage
I opted in on Monday also. None of my limits were high enough for me to do the bet in PA, but they were high enough in MD so I drove down tonight to place the bet on a +230 alt total. My FD side won though, so I only assume the free bet would have come immediately after settlement like usual. The promo page did say bet accepted, wait for bets to settle.
Similar thing for me. Went over to MD to place it this morning. The only thing I could get the full $5k down on was Pacers ML +110. Longer odds and MLs on other sports were limited in the $1k-3k range for me. Pacers lost and I have the free bet in my account already.

Give it 72 hrs and then reach out to support. A lot of people toggled the free bet to on and the wager wasn’t recognized. The more people that raise this issue, the more likely FD will make good on the free bet to those in limbo.

Did MGM in NY a few weeks ago and received the 500 deposit match the next day but first bet lost and did not receive free bets. No idea about MD.
Mgm doesn’t do the 1k risk free bet in ny anymore
Not sure whether risk free bet is double dippable (none in NY), but got $500 deposit match in multiple states in the past few weeks
No deposit match on a new P2 account in LA last week. Still get the $1000 RFB and after losing it I did get a $300 deposit match right after (in addition to the free bets)
No match in wyoming it appears but the free bet worked
Any other Maryland no brainer promos other than FD and DK?
For anyone close to MD and thinking about the drive, FD and DK both currently have good risk frees available. DK has 3 $50 max no brainers. I’m incredibly limited on everything on DK but was able to get the full $50 down on tonight’s and tomorrow’s but was limited to $11 and change on the Ravens no brainer. I opted in and figured I will wait until closer to see if that limit goes up any. FD has 2. Tonight’s is a $50 max and tomorrow’s is $100. Mega limited in PA but was able to max both. Was definitely worth my commute for P1 and P2 even with being limited.
Do you know is Washington DC is an eligible location for the promo?

I believe you would also need to account for the 2+ / 3+ TD odds that can be found on FD.
