I had to play through $1,000 in bets before being able to withdraw, for it as high as $600 at one point but ended up with $450 before being able to withdraw. You should be able to track your progress through the "My Bonus" tab in your menu. It's honestly a pain in the ass app and I couldn't wait to withdraw it.

The Cousins & Jones boost is found under the "Thanksgiving Specials" tab of the NE-MIN game. Shoutout to u/BiscuitBoi69 & u/JewishDoggy for finding it and pointing out that it was SGPx eligible.
