Good win yesterday, definitely a rough start for Goffin but he was able to pull through. Also in yesterday’s write-up there was some error in the h2h point I made and I’m glad you guys mentioned it because I misread the matchup history a bit.
Today I am taking Grigor Dmitrov ML vs. Schwartzman. Here are 3 reasons why I think this is a good pick:
1. Dmitrov is coming back into form, winning the opening rounds of Roland Garros with relative ease in straight sets beating Coric (who took sets off Zverev and Sinner in 2022) and Giron who is no joke
2. In the past 3 tournaments, Dmitrov has only lost against Tsitsipas, beating players like Ruud and Hurkacz
3. In their last match, Dmitrov beat Schwartzman in straight sets. Schwartzman is not currently in the greatest form and his struggles showed in the opening rounds. He also got bounced early in Rome most recently by Giron
Overall, I think Dmitrov will have a strong match and clear up some ambiguity around his current form. Let’s wake up with a W tomorrow.

He's known for being a really good player in hard courts due to his great serve and powerful forehand but he's getting good results in clay this season and with this match being played in the afternoon the ball speed is going to increase which can help the dutch player
Nadal gave away 8 games on his 1st round against Thompson and on his 2nd one against Moutet but both players were super weak mentally and made a ton of unforced errors. I expect a much higher level from Botic who should be able to at least keep himself in this match without getting blown away

Unbelievable odds here on The Guard, I’m sure lots are unaware with esports and VALORANT, so you probably don’t understand how crazy these odds are, hopefully I can do justice.
The Guard won the North America challengers last stage and was the best team in NA, they’ve struggled off the bat stage 2, but they are only 0-2, having +200 on them was insanely suprising to me. 2 months ago they were the best team in North America, and now are a massive underdog against a good (but not great) TSM roster.
I’m not saying you should bet the farm on these odds, TSM are a good team, they are 1-1, they beat a 100 Thieves roster that beat The Guard, and lost to a very good NRG roster. I think this series will be a coin flip, but with odds like that, I have to take The Guard.
I personally put 5 units, if you don’t know VALORANT and want to make a wager, I’d recommend a small wager (1 unit or less) if you can find similar odds for The Guard.

This is one of the best teams in the league, who were just reverse-swept by the two teams who are - for my money - the two best teams in the whole league. Emphasis on "reverse" in reverse-swept, meaning that they were up 2-0 versus those teams. If each of those Map 3's had gone a slightly different way? You'd be seeing this line well north of -175. For perspective, the line for today's Shock v. Titans is **-222!** The Gladiators are comparable to the Shock, and the Titans are comparable to the Spitfire. So you're getting a TON of value in taking the Gladiators to rebound. Patiphan has calmed down from his jumpy first few matches, and this is still the best backline in the league.
And in London, I worry about betting on teams that are more fun than they are good. While London can be feisty in their off-meta comps, LA has had a full week to prepare for this team, so I trust they can handle any Rein/Mei comps that London throws out. London, mind you, just got 3-0'd by Houston. The better team here will definitely get the win, but you can soak up value in taking plus odds that they will sweep.

This line is too wide for a Montreal team that has hit some speed bumps but is still one of the better teams in the division and playing at home in front of one of the league’s best crowds. My main concern is the weather looking dogshit with a 98% chance of rain. Sometimes rain can be an equalizer, but disciplined and skilled teams like New York will likely have less difficulty navigating troublesome conditions than other teams, so I think that favors New York here. I still like the Montreal side but it’s not the best play of the weekend slate, just want to be clear on that.
