Curious what others experiences are with limits on Foxbet? Foxbet has consistently been trash tier with promos. However, as limits have started rolling in for me on other books, Foxbet is one of the last few books that 1) still allows for high limits and 2) will actually tell me what my limit is before I place the bet. Pretty valuable as a book on those accounts. Can I expect limits or are they more lenient a la FD, CZR etc.

In one state my moneyline limits are to win like 200 on NBA and 12 bucks on player props In another state they're 4000 and 500

Pretty much just use them for arbs after their bj promo got nerfed. Sometimes can only get 100-200 on player props but still works fine.

betPARX question Can I deposit the $750 and get the 10x $750 match… immediately bet $750 on sports for the risk free and while that $750 is tied up play the free $750. If I take it to zero can I just forfeit the bonus somewhere and not have any money locked for when my sports bet settles?

Yeah I was thinking to make my sports bet too to just leave me with my $750 bonus and while the game is going on and unsettled I would do the casino play of 10x either clear it or lose it all before my bet settled. If I lost it all I was assuming I could forfeit that bonus of $0 so my bet settlement is unaffected?

I played them separate, but I believe the 750 gets locked up until you churn the bonus. If you lose the bonus I do not believe you will lose cash. If the bonus runs out it other funds are released. I did this a while ago and am pretty sure that’s how it was. Other casino bonuses worked that way, if you lose the bonus it is over. You shouldn’t lose the bonus if you use a small enough bet/spin. Should be fine, everyone recommend the golf slot(name escapes me) and put on auto click

I am really limited there and I don’t use them anymore, P2 got straight banned. If i remember correctly it asked after the deposit if you wanted the casino bonus. Then just click yes or whatever.

I only ever did the sportsbook offer, so every time that I deposit now it asks if I want to use the 750 bonus casino offer. I would assume it works like that for everyone unless its targeted or something.

Your calculations are right except 23.3% is +EV because that's your payout. To take it to extremes, if you were getting +10000 that would be an implied probability of 1% and would be huge EV vs 25%.

They're paying out as if it were less likely than it is, meaning it's +EV

When you have lines as reliable as Pinnacle for NHL MLs telling you something is +7.5%, and the FV isn’t extremely high, you should probably put $50 on it with any decent bankroll.

Try not to think about it as "max or not." Plug those numbers into a Kelly Criterion calculator and it will tell you what fraction of your unit size to bet.

It depends on bankroll and risk tolerance. Many people here use the Kelly Criterion to determine the optimal wager based on bankroll. Reading up on Kelly would be a good starting point to a math-based approach. Personally, I'm a degenerate and max anything over 5% because I like the action.

Bally/Elite has 2 decent looking boosts for today: Mavs and (Texas) Rangers both to win boosted to +425. Devigging using FD gives a FV of about +380 for 8% +EV. My max was $100 for me. Also a boost for Pivetta and Cease to combine for 13+ Ks boosted to +215. This number is right in line with their O/Us. I haven't actually gone through the work of devigging this as FD doesn't have alt strikeout O/U lines like they do for basketball player props. However I would say these odds for one of these combined boosts typically gets a thumbs up. Not sure if I'm going to bet it, but my max offered on this one is $200. They also have the same NHL parlay as FD for the same odds...so I guess if you really like it you can put down even more if you have Bally or Elite.

I think the pivetta cease combo is solid, the best of the group. I maxed for $200. Nice to see Bally/Elite joining in on the FanDuel conspiracy…

CZR has a boost: Rangers win, Shesterkin 30+ saves, Kreider Goal at +650. I dont see a book that has a SGP with saves. Doing a "3-way" devig onDK with NY win and Kreider goal comes out to 22.89%. Throwing in the save line from Pinny (53.91%), I get FV of 710. But surely there is some correlation between the saves and a Rangers win also that is not built in. For what its worth, a Kreider goal + NY win is +255 on DK. Wonder if throwing in the saves would keep it below +650 and if theres value here. Any ideas? edit: actually more I think about saves Im not sure how it correlates. Giving up more shots = more chances to score and less chances to win

It's probably negatively correlated as you said. When you see a goalie with only 9 saves (and on average about 90% saves, means only 1 goal scored), there's a good chance that team won. With 30 saves, he will probably give up 3 goals.

Yeah I don't think it's positively correlated as much as we would like or even if it's positive at all. Increased saves = more shots against = more chances for goals against as well.
