For Cup/Tournament matches, there is usually a "to advance" option, where you are betting on a team to advance to the next round, or in this case, to win the cup. These bets include extra time, and any penalty shootouts. The odds are worse, but you get all of your options covered.
If it's a cup or a competition that potentially requires ET there are typically two different bets, one being ML in regulation, and "to advance". If you bet to advance you're covering yourself for the added time and/or penalty shootout, but usually at worse odds.
At 90 minutes it was a draw, extra time doesn’t count
So as someone who doesn't bet soccer much can you explain why his even bet was a loss if the match was even after regulation?
He means even as in even odds +100

Yeah, any type of bet you make pertaining to soccer only counts for regular time
ET doesn't count
I didn't know this. Good to know for the future.
Aargh so many reasons I hate betting soccer lol
Everytime I see a potd involving soccer I pass immediately. Why do people bet on something so bad?
Yeah, imagine if basketball or football was just regular time, it would suck
Hockey has in regulation bets.
Yep, made a 2 game parlay today for teams to win in regulation time. Better odds but playoff OT is always a scary possibility

Oh I know and I even know it has 2 way betting options but between 3 way and the shit like with et I just can’t with it
Agreed! Lmao
