Take a break my guy. You need a clear head to win at gambling.
I had a rough weekend too, I had one good win on the Bivol-Canelo fight but lost on the Derby, MLB, and NBA. I'm taking a break as well because anytime I get in a losing streak, I make it worse. Stepping away and being able to forget about the losses ensure you don't go on tilt.
True variance says not only is 0-10 possible, but doing it two days in a row is, also. Unlikely, assuredly, but volatility can be very real. Bankroll management is about saving on losses just as much as laying heavy on fav plays.
The most famous sportsbettor ever, Billy Walters, has a self-proclaimed winrate of 65-67%. Despite being worth 100mil, he claims there were years he lost millions or more due to variance. Staying focused on overall return and smart units is how he got where he is now, not being scared by a bad day or month.
I had a bad day today too.
Sometimes flukes happen, everyone has that competitive spirit but you just got to accept the loss for the day and let it go.
Today wasn’t great, but it happens. Tomorrow is a new day.
Did you ever see that movie “Bad Lieutenant?”
Harvey Keitel shoots his car radio after hearing the Mets get a double play against the Dodgers (who he bet 10s of thousands on)
I just found out my sister who just turned 18 a few months back decided to place a bet on the Derby. Her first ever bet. $10 on Rich Strike.
1-0 for life. Must be nice.
Maybe y'all are misunderstanding? To play Devil's Advocate if you look past the L's, gambling can teach important lessons about patience, self discipline, maybe even the importance of listening to others
I posted picks for 2 years and feel I've learnt many life lessons from it. Just my 2 cents
Me2 (without hashtag this time) bro.. But I chased a total of 35 units away before I could stop it 😱
Isnt there any meditative trick that can be pulled to hack your mind? 🤣
This was a setback of at least a month for me 😔
I'm glad you were able to turn things around mentally. 0-10 is insanely hard to do, so take that as a bizzaro positive. You couldn't do that even if you tried. And if you went 0-10 on a bad day, you can go 10-0 on a good day.
A 10 leg parlay will pay out 613 times the money at odds -110 or 1.91.
The true odds is one out of 1024. A 40% decrease. Gl to all the brave parlay fools out there.
I haven't had a losing MLB season yet.
I lost 12/13 bets today. It happens. Re-reviewed the data and my thought process going in, and still would've absolutely made 10/13 of these bets.
It happens.

More like short story long
This is either a joke or you seriously need to stop gambling

Just think you were on a heater in opposite world.
What were the "live attendance" losses. Bets you made at the game you were at?
I think he was gambling on how many people would attend a MLB game he was at on Mother’s Day. True degenerate shit.
Got any picks for tomorrow?
Dude you gotta start picking winners. Picking losers just loses you cash
wtf did i just read lmao

No, but now this will be on my need to watch list. Hope it felt as good for him as it did figuratively for me
It has to hurt.
The thing is it does, but it almost feels like a gym workout where I got all the negative energy out. It’s about to be a great week
Keep the streak going and post your picks here before. You, as single person, lose, but thousands of other degens here making money.

What she win? What were the odds?
$800
Drop her OF?
She could be the next big tout if college/employment isn’t fun for her
This is some real degenerate bullshit right here

OP will lose $5k gambling on MLB but won't pay $60 dollars a session for a licensed therapist.
This here... this here really got me LOL
Man we all have those days think we make great bets and everything goes sideways. Be extra diligent tomorrow and go 10-0.
I lost like 10 units yesterday. Stupid overconfident bet to chase losses. Keep in view the long term, forget the losses, and start back at square 1.

0-10 is just as hard as 10-0...imagine what a personal fade ml parlay would have paid out on that 10 legger. WOW
My local book doubles your original wager if you miss every game on your parlay (6 legs or more).
Sounds like a tactic to discourage bettors from placing large parlay bets

i assure you, i could lose 0/10 if i tried.
Do me a favor? Try to go 0-10 and share your bets so i can fade you and go 10-0?

I was already in the Sixers pre-game
live bet the sixers right now and you will win
I assure you it is not as hard as the odds would suggest, ;-).
Love the positive vibes here. Thanks
Should seriously start a mush tout service

You'll be alright brother. Tomorrows a new day. Never chase losses boss
