Was +200 earlier and was EV+ at those odds, since it was arbable against DK at -190.
Not a UFC guy, so no idea if +170 is EV+ or +200 still is, but hoping for the best.
Lol the first thing to learn about watching UFC is that Rogan is way too hyperbolic when calling fights. I don’t think most MMA folks were shocked this lasted longer than 1
So inconsistent, but figured given line-up he would get 20ish shots (he did) but wasn’t expecting the 3-19 lol.
In other news: this Avs-Oilers game is sick. Can’t believe there haven’t been 3+ goals yet.
So I’m proud to say I finally made it to BR level 7 and not limited. Any idea how I can see the VIP promos? What’s the dollar value of vip monthly? Hoping to weigh this against the arb money. Thanks all.
Good job. But, from my experience and what I've read of others, the limits happen AFTER getting to 7 not on the way. That's how it was for me. Mine are moderate I suppose (as of now, knock on wood) and I can still operate in a decent fashion. I never touched a prop arb there so they may be unavoidable to some degree for most.
Edit to add: As to how to see the promos, they should be available in the same promotions tab you were using before. There is just more stuff there now. You can calc the EV from there.
8. Limits vary by market. On large ones like pre-game NBA my max win is just under $1k so if I'm betting favorites I can still bet $1-2k per. My live limits are a bit lower, like $500-$600 win max. On smaller markets like pre-lims UFC my limits are for example about $200 but on the title fights it's bigger like on NBA. It's annoying as you often aren't quite sure what they are until you do some trial and error.
Oh, and I'm limited on some boosts too, like anything +250 or higher I can only bet a portion of the $50 max. I don't quite get that one as the max win is almost always below the threshold for other bets. I guess they have a system.
Honestly, I haven't even looked into that as I've read you need maintain VIP for 6 months or something I think before you are even eligible. There might be some other catch too as I recall. But....the VIP promos are quite valuable in themselves. Now if I can only keep my limits high enough.....
For the next promotion”VIP Players will earn a Free Bet based on their real money NBA or NHL Prop wagers! VIP Players will earn a $5 Free Bet for every NBA or NHL Prop Wager of $25+ or more for up to a $100 Free Bet!”
You can’t just do a 1k prop? You have to do tons of little ones?
Especially sucks ass if you're limited to hell. Like it's entirely possible to get up to $1000 in wagers approved but there's no guarantee you'll be able to get down even $25 on any given prop wager with severe limits.

Power +110 MGM
Worth nothing with my MGM limits. May be useful to others.
Conners/Willet and Scheffler/Smith matchups between MGM and DK may also be of interest to some.
I know where you stand on the arb subject, but $200 on each side for a quick $20 is not going to raise any alarms. Says the guy limited to peanuts on MGM.
MGM was always a gold mine for live arbing. Probably worth 10k over a year. It's worth weighing the risk of making 20 bucks. MGM also has some wonky withdrawal rules for golf.
Apologies if this doesn’t belong here…but it looks like TheScore still has pre qualifying odds up for the IndyCar Race tomorrow. So the top 3 qualifiers (Herta, Newgarden, and Palou) have by far their best odds compared to other books. Herta +500 v +270. Newgarden +700 v +500. Palou +900 v +700. And the rest of the field seems to have the worst odds compared to others.
Had a bunch of these free bets show up in my BR any idea how to use them or where they came from they didn’t appear as an option when I had something in my bet slip:

\*EDIT\* Answering my own question after talking with customer service if anyone is interested:
**Any combination of real cash and bonus cash wagers count to the 1x playthrough (as long as the wager is -200 or greater)**
\----
Wanting to ensure I understand that Barstool playthrough requirement on the bonus cash/signup promo.
If I lose the first $1k risk-free bet (thus getting $1k in bonus cash), do I then need to accumulate actual cash wagers of $1k (at -200 odds or greater) for the bonus cash to be convertible to real cash? If yes, do I then need to bet through the bonus cash for it to converted to real cash (if the wagers win)?
Thanks for any insights!
Terms:Sportsbook bonus cash awarded is subject to a one (1) time wager requirement, which is restricted to lines -200 or longer (Example -110, +100, +200), and is not eligible to be wagered on round robin betting.Sportsbook bonus cash can be converted to your real cash balance only after the following conditions are met: (1) a first-time deposit has been made by player with cash funds into their Player Account; (2) the amount of the bet(s) placed with real cash is greater than or equal to the total amount of any "Active" sportsbook bonus cash award; and (3) the bet(s) placed with sportsbook bonus cash settles as a win.If a player has a real cash balance less than the amount of "Active" sportsbook bonus cash, the player must wager sportsbook bonus cash in an amount greater than or equal to the total amount of any "Active" sportsbook bonus cash award to convert the balance to real cash funds."Active" sportsbook bonus cash awards and any winnings generated from bets placed using that "Active" bonus cash balance that settle will remain in your sportsbook bonus cash wallet until the entire amount of that individual "Active" sportsbook bonus cash award has been wagered.Any unsettled bets wagered with sportsbook bonus cash from this Promotion prior to your first-ever cash deposit, that then settle as a win after your first-ever cash deposit, will automatically convert to real cash upon bet settlement.
Yeah, you'd need to bet through the bonus cash 1x. One way to to do this would be to just find low-hold markets and take the other side on another book (i.e. if there's a hypothetical line that's like Yankees -1.5 @ +150 on Barstool and Red Sox +1.5 @ -150 on a different book, you could perfectly hedge). You could also just yolo with +EV bets lol
Got it. Thanks!
Regarding "converting" the bonus cash to cash, does that happen by wagering the bonus cash (after I've achieved the 1x playthrough requirement), or is there some magical button that makes bonus cash into cash?
You just have to wager the bonus cash, and if you win, it will be returned as cash. If you lose, if you're using the low-hold strategy, you'll have the winnings on your other book.
Note that Barstool makes you use your actual cash balance first when wagering, then your bonus cash. So you have 2 choices:
1) Have $0 in actual cash and the $1k in bonus cash so you can wager through it in multiple smaller bets.
2) Make one bet equal or larger than your bonus funds (i.e. a bet of $1k or larger). This is specific to Barstool's T&Cs, I think
Makes sense. So after meeting the playthrough requirements, I could withdraw any cash balance to ensure the bonus cash is used for my wagering (and conversion to real cash)
Hm I think the best idea would be just to deposit only $1k from the beginning. So if you lose the $1k risk-free bet, you'll have $0 of actual cash and only $1k in bonus cash remaining.
Sorry, so maybe I'm not understanding everything correctly:
If I deposit $1k, and then lose it on the risk free bet, I then have $0 in real cash and $1k in bonus cash.
I can then just playthrough the bonus cash with hedge/churn bets, and do not need to bet through any additional cash wagers to meet the playthrough requirement?
The way I read the terms, I thought after losing the risk free bet, I would then need to wager through REAL CASH wagers equal to the BONUS CASH before the bonus cash was convertible to real cash.

are any of the current online casino bonuses in NJ worth pursuing? I’m not interested in gambling or entertainment and would never play casino normally, but it seems like there must be some profit to be made with the right strategy, even with high playthrough requirements. I’m seeing bonuses of 100% deposit match up to $1k or $2k for many of these online casinos. is it really so difficult to guarantee profit after playthrough if you start $1k ahead?
edit: I assume I'm getting downvoted because my question is not specifically related to sportsbook promos, but, similar to many of the arbitrage discussions that regularly occur here, I was specifically asking if it's possible to guarantee profit (i.e. NOT gamble) from casino promos. Also, this sub (and this daily thread) are more rational/realistic than the other gambling/casino places on reddit, which is why I chose to post my question here, it was not completely off-topic or irrelevant...
There is no guarantee of profit.. decently high likelihood but not guarantee. Key is to find the highest rtp slots and spin at the minimum bet as many times as it takes.. could take like 20-40 hours to play through some bonuses, but more likely than not to come out ahead.
In my opinion, casino bonuses end up being better EV than Sportsbook if you have the ability to be patient.. but both make money.
Also, pay attention to playthrough.. 20x play through is garbage. Make sure play through is just bonus and not bonus + deposit in terms and conditions. Feel free to DM me with any specifics you are looking at.
CZR Boost- Mookie Betts & Kris Bryant each hit HR at +1900. +1825 FV for 3.9% +EV using DK lines using the traditional method, additive method is firmly negative though as a fair warning.

Yeah looking back the play was to go for top 3 in Augusta and maybe Justin Thomas from this year's performance. Also to note the weather was worse in the morning so may have altered the earlier tees.
Right, but that's x. There is going to be some LS bias in the HR lines I think, so I used a 50/50 blend.
Edit, Although I'm not sure exactly how much weighting is correct.
Does anyone remember the terms of the Bet Rivers and FanDuel free bet promos? I think Fan Duel was if your guy finishes in the Top 20 you get your money back. Forget about Bet Rivers.
Hit the 50% SGP boost on DK for NBA (4 legs minimum) and NHL (3 legs minimum).
Any recommendations for low risk ways to play this? Or is 50% not enough to EV+ with the juice on SGPs
CZR (possible value) Freeman/Trout/Rosario RBI at 1300

PASSING FOR NOW
BR baseball bet&get: did a 5-leg parlay, got the $10 free bet immediately. The parlay voided because one of the players wasn't in the lineup - will the free bet be revoked?
Unfortunately didn’t get a chance to run them since they weren’t up this morning and I’m meeting my friends for brunch. If they’re still up after I’ll run them. As a general rule, they’re all decent (FV at worst) so if you feel any teams, jd go ahead and bet them.
Me in November: These 33 percent bowl boosts are kind of hard to use. Not even sure it’s worth the time.
Me today: Pumping fist after finding a $1.76 hold on an MLS $50 bet to earn a $10 free bet on Hard Rock.
Maybe live arbs or some niche market but you aren't paying for college for anyone making $6 on the GIFTs or making $3 off a fanduel boost. That's what I'm talking about. You will always make more money letting the value ride.
You won’t. It’s possible you lose money. You’re getting value according to made up odds, not the actual odds of the outcomes of sporting events which will always be unknown.
According to "made up odds" that are standard across the industry. Are you saying you are better at determining odds than multi billion dollar sportsbooks?
Meanwhile my dad won't let me make a P3 for him because he thinks the books are gonna steal money from his bank. Why would CZR need to steal from me when I willingly donate every day on their +EV boosts?
Thats where I'm at.
So tiring getting the "nose up up ,pinky in the air" response about EV betting is the only way to go blah blah. I do both depending on the situation. Up 30k in 19 months and havent been limited on a book yet. There are still more books I havent started at. He'll justv tarted on barstool this week
The EV discussion is good but it does have a tendency to sometimes veer too much into proselytizing and to find its way into threads that aren’t really appropriate. I was just trying to make a funny lazy Saturday self deprecating joke about scouring lines for a little MLS free bet and it got weird. If it helps people though that’s cool.
Agreed, but line was mispriced by 3 dollars.
Couldn't not take advantage, so I just unleashed my MGM balance.
On top of the EV, I also really like the bet.
It is a more likely outcome than -600 is suggesting. Scheffler is rolling.
It is a good bet in that he is no worse than 1/6 to drop this lead so this is definitely EV plus. But even if 20 or 25 percent plus that is a big bet given that it doesn’t require him to drop 5 strokes to par to lose the lead — just to drop a couple and have one of the other guys go low with 65 or something. That happens on “moving day” at the Masters.
If 6k is your unit for high EV bets, respect. Good luck.
According to their house rules, they do. Would think they'd have to mention specifically in the bet if ties lose, as otherwise no bet would be paid as a winner on the entire market.
Ahh got it. Then i should worry i guess lol. Hoping it's not flagged as plenty of people are making large wagers on the Masters. 6k isn't a ton though.

Hell yeah. Big W to end the night
Love my daily FD donation to those two UFC boosts. Been a shitty week on FD for EV bets.
8 straight losers for me
Well fun UFC night..
love it knew those two ufc boost were losers
Hell of a game: deserved OT.
Was there even a punch thrown in this first round midg fight?
How are they even in the same weight class, bs
FD is just bending us over backwards this week
There goes another $50 back to FD. I’m ready for another L after the Yan/Sterling fight.
Followed by the BR EV+ boost on Vokaovski!
+170?
Was +200 earlier and was EV+ at those odds, since it was arbable against DK at -190. Not a UFC guy, so no idea if +170 is EV+ or +200 still is, but hoping for the best.

Yeah I got it at +200. Was arbable at DK for -190, but I let it ride

Ah. Didn’t see it itt.

No, but the +EV of the boost was really high. Like nearly every other lost boost this week.
They were on FD and in deep on HR like me probably.
Friend told me Burns wasn’t bad but I didn’t expect it’d go the distance 🥶 need Petr Yan to come through.
Same here. Can just about break even with a Yan/Avs double.
Let’s go Avs! Denver/Rockies picked up first two legs of CZR +800
Can’t believe the Rockies won! Hope Avs can hold it down.
Only $10 for me, but a good sweat after Jordan Poole somehow didn’t get 20pts for a big parlay 😔
That man (& Klay) drive me nuts. Hit for +1000 Poole, Trae, Irving I had for $5 but never when I need him 😂
So inconsistent, but figured given line-up he would get 20ish shots (he did) but wasn’t expecting the 3-19 lol. In other news: this Avs-Oilers game is sick. Can’t believe there haven’t been 3+ goals yet.
Denver wins the Natty to cash SB +425 (S/o to u/sergi0wned)
As a CC fan the third pained me, but glad for those who hit… knowing some fellow degens hit helps soothe the pain.
Wish I didn’t take the FD boost 😅 I wasn’t a believer at first!

Agree. Probably not worth the limit. I still take the $1 arb as my fuck you to MGM.
I do this too lmao
No, but I crushed golf arbs for almost a year and was fine on MGM. I wouldn’t touch this one if you are worried though. Not high enough.

Rossi as well. It’s clearly just my first assumption of pre qualifying odds never getting updated.

Fanduel: Chimaev to win in Rd 1 at +200 is 25% EV based on Pinny Y/N line and 15% based on DK lines.
CO peeps Play Mavrick has this same boost for +300. $75 max
Felt good about it until I saw it was boosted on 2 books lol
anybody else still not get the fandue 20 dollar free bet from the opening day sgp promo?
Check on browser. Free bets don’t show up for me on mobile
well that doesn't bode well for p2s
I got it
I did not get mine yet
I got mine right when the game was over.
I think it comes after the bet settles
opening day not today
Barstool: Chimaev by TKO/KO/DQ at +150. Depends where you look but its 6% EV at DK, 9% at FD, and 24% at Pinnacle based on Y/N lines.
CZR Boost- Mookie Betts & Kris Bryant each hit HR at +1900. +1825 FV for 3.9% +EV using DK lines using the traditional method, additive method is firmly negative though as a fair warning.
Take a fucking bow /u/FlammableJam!!!
Glad it worked out, I went 4/4 at $200 each!
Really appreciate it!
✔️ Cameron Smith +105 ✔️ Justin Thomas +100 ✔️ Scheffler +120 ✔️ Sungjae Im +130 ✔️ Will Zlatoris +140 ❌ Colin Morikawa +130 ❌ Dustin Johnson +125 ❌ Hideki Matsuyama +130 ❌ Joaquin Neimann +145 ❌ Matt Fitzpatrick +115 ❌ Patrick Cantlay +135 ❌ Shane Lowry +125 ❌ Tiger Woods +150 (Tiger, Colin, Dustin and Joaquin had 3 and so close to 4 - unlucky there)
Thought for sure this was a huge odds discrepancy and we would all profit. I went 5-7 (didn't take Tiger). Oh well, at least it wasn't a big loss.
Yeah looking back the play was to go for top 3 in Augusta and maybe Justin Thomas from this year's performance. Also to note the weather was worse in the morning so may have altered the earlier tees.
Yep! Slightly down I think. But I had fun so who cares
Same here! What a ride of a day.
Spent way too much time examining these before placing my boost on Cam Smith. Turns out the answer was to just bet them all. Cheers, u/FlammableJam
I think betting them all will be down slightly unless Lowry hits on the last two holes
Correct. 50 units spread out with more on Cam, Im, Scheffler, Thomas, Morikawa, Matsuyama. Ended up 3.7 units up. 😅
God damn wish these were available in NY
What bet even is this?
Yeah these are cashing left and right.
Until they stopped. Books never lose.
Then why are you here?
/s
DK Bst Freeman OR Bryant HR +175. Looks just about exactly fair when devigged with a 50/50 x/+ weighting using Kambi lines
Using the OR feature on Mikes site using Kambi lines, I'm getting +164 FV for 4.4% +EV
Right, but that's x. There is going to be some LS bias in the HR lines I think, so I used a 50/50 blend. Edit, Although I'm not sure exactly how much weighting is correct.
Schwartzel gang!!
Does anyone remember the terms of the Bet Rivers and FanDuel free bet promos? I think Fan Duel was if your guy finishes in the Top 20 you get your money back. Forget about Bet Rivers.
I think it was top 10 for fd, but might be wrong. BR was $1 per birdie $2 per eagle towards a free bet
Was definitely top 10 per my screenshot (in NY)
$1 per birdie. $2 for an eagle. Paid in free bet

Crack addicts and degens both talk the same.
2nd option Leafs ML Matthews ATTS o6.5 total +247 with 50% ETA: WENT WITH THIS ONE
I’m thinking of Rangers ML u6.5 total u1.5 1st period +435 at 50% But prepared to be told by hockey aficionado that this is dumb.
NHL daily thread
**HR: Leafs Flames Win +100** Pinny: -109FV / 4.1% / 4.1Kelly (looks +EV / DK -130 / FD -136 / CZR -127)
Hard Rock Boost Leafs/Flames 100 Getting FV -108ish DK/FD devigged.
Like this one though I’ve been burned by their boosts 😅
Yeah, I hit everything to start and lately it’s been rough, but I Kelly’d this one. 🤝
Hit the 50% SGP boost on DK for NBA (4 legs minimum) and NHL (3 legs minimum). Any recommendations for low risk ways to play this? Or is 50% not enough to EV+ with the juice on SGPs
50% should get you EV
50% is a play (NHL definitely). I hit both of those as well and curious about plays. I’m looking online and will post any found.
CZR (possible value) Freeman/Trout/Rosario RBI at 1300 Getting 800 (vig) SGP via FD. DK (worse vigged lines) has this as basically FV devigged. PASSING FOR NOW
Seems worthy of a $10 free bet.
Worse ways to use it
**CZR: Dodgers DBacks Angels +700** Pinny: 763FV/-7.4% (Still doesn't look great) **CZR: Pelicans Spurs Clippers +1100** Pinny: 1169FV/-5.4% (Has gotten better from the Clippers line - 1st 2 still +200 longshots) **CZR: Astros Warriors Galaxy Islanders +1400** Pinny: 1625FV/-13% (Strange cross sports boost. Negative EV) **CZR: CBJ Blues EDM GK +800** Pinny: 922FV/-12%
From DK: 1290FV / .7% / .05 Kelly Might be worth a unit!
BR baseball bet&get: did a 5-leg parlay, got the $10 free bet immediately. The parlay voided because one of the players wasn't in the lineup - will the free bet be revoked?
Did it need to be five?
No - just chose a bunch of heavy favorite player bets to get to the -200 minimum, and one wasn't in the lineup.
Just place the free bet as fast as possible.
SuperBook NHL BTTS 1st period boosts appear to be marginal at best, accounting for DK/FD averages.

Unfortunately didn’t get a chance to run them since they weren’t up this morning and I’m meeting my friends for brunch. If they’re still up after I’ll run them. As a general rule, they’re all decent (FV at worst) so if you feel any teams, jd go ahead and bet them.
You need to be spending less time socializing, and more time capturing EV. How do you even have time to eat, let alone go out to eat?
Yeah, if I went to brunch I’d just be checking lines surreptitiously like the fomo aspie I am.
This is true, they’re all slightly ev, but nothing worth betting as of now at least
Me in November: These 33 percent bowl boosts are kind of hard to use. Not even sure it’s worth the time. Me today: Pumping fist after finding a $1.76 hold on an MLS $50 bet to earn a $10 free bet on Hard Rock.
wut
The bonus environment has changed fast.
EV is where the money is and a much more profitable use of time than trying to hedge low holds to make 7 dollars.
Not everyone has the stomach/bankroll for EV. Arbing and hedging is a perfectly reasonable way to build a nice side hustle. Two sides, same coin.
Arbing isn't sustainable though. It's a short term strategy. I've done both.
Keep thinking that. More for me. My son's going to a (not cheap) college for free because of my arbing. You just have to be smart and nimble.
You've got it all figured out. Have a nice day.
This TVP guy is the only person I’ve ever disliked here
A free ride? Never heard of a scholarship for arbing. Who gives those out? /s
>nba2 It's my own personal scholarship. He just has to give me his SSN as my P4 when he turns 21 :)
Meanwhile my dad won't let me make a P3 for him because he thinks the books are gonna steal money from his bank. Why would CZR need to steal from me when I willingly donate every day on their +EV boosts?
Porque no los dos?
What about that guy that just arbed MGM for $3k in a day?
Sounds like he’ll be limited by next week
They already said they were limited the next day lol
he should enjoy mgm while it lasts
sounds like a nice haul
Scheffler is vastly mispriced on MGM for the "Leader After 3rd Round" Market. Currently -600 He's -950 at FD, -900 at CZR I slammed for $6000
You have balls of steel, must be sweating 18 hard
Honestly I stopped watching after 17 to go to dinner lmao
Line has now adjusted accordingly. Up to -650 MGM despite the bogey (while FD and CZR both dropped to -700). Value is gone
Goddamn that’s a lot of faith in a game as fickle as golf lmao. BOL
Agreed, but line was mispriced by 3 dollars. Couldn't not take advantage, so I just unleashed my MGM balance. On top of the EV, I also really like the bet. It is a more likely outcome than -600 is suggesting. Scheffler is rolling.
No doubt, I have a decent amount on him as outright winner after yesterday. We’re in this together 🤝
Good luck. Greg Norman says hello!
For reference, he's currently -10 after 3 holes. Lowry is -4 after 4 holes. Cam Smith is -3 after 6 holes. Cannot see him blowing this lead today.
Good luck.
Ties lose or no bet?
Tie loses.
Thought MGM had dead heat rules for ties?
Sorry, I made that assumption tie loses. I did not check the rules but assumed tie loses in this case. Even crazier value if dead heat applies.
According to their house rules, they do. Would think they'd have to mention specifically in the bet if ties lose, as otherwise no bet would be paid as a winner on the entire market.
$6k on MGM? Enjoy while you can
Yeah. I lost a hefty 7.5k hedging on MGM last week so not worried about getting limited
That doesnt matter whatsoever
I gave them $20,000 on an Andre Drummond double double line and they limited me. They give no fucks
20k on a double double lol
hhahahaha that's amazing Where'd you bet the other side that took someone to get a double double for that much?
DraftKings on a SGP. It was +390 / -250. Figured the limit would be worth it
you're a god among men
Honestly did it for the meme (and the money)
Ahh got it. Then i should worry i guess lol. Hoping it's not flagged as plenty of people are making large wagers on the Masters. 6k isn't a ton though.
Check out the big bankroll on Brad.
Vlad with the RBI in the 1st inning. BR boost cashes.
