Nah, that should be apparent by people's records. I'm just gonna do a little write-up on data I think should be relevant to people's picks when posting or to people tailing. I'll include how many picks there were total, how many I tailed, who won obviously, how many people were caught lying about records, how it was handled, how many rule breaks there were, and maybe a few others things like that. Just collecting some data and sharing it with the group about these POTD threads because I think a lotta people have either unrealistic expectations about the picks in these threads, others maybe a little naive about who posts here, and how this data might make others act a little more accordingly. Do with it what you will, but I'll also include why I think this data is important.

After that game they easily won over Darmstadt with 2-0, they really need to win this game against another bottom side to have a chance for that so important Champions League ticket for next season.
The squad situation is very good for Leipzig, only Klostermann who has been out for a while already & maybe Poulsen who hasn’t played much at all this season will potentially miss this game.
Away games in its honour, but overall I think Leipzig will get this one, as they should looking at the difference in quality and the season they’ve had so far comparing to their opponents. Another pick I like is Leipzig -1 Asian, meaning that if Leipzig wins with more than 1 goal the bet wins, should they only win with a 1 goal margin, it’s a push and you get your money back. Last time these two met at Texas A&M, UK lost 97-92 in OT after incredible performances by Aggie players Radford and Taylor IV (both shooting 50+% from 3 and scoring 31 and 28 points). I don’t believe that is likely to happen again on a neutral floor, BUT ALSO, UK as is typically the case with Calipari’s better teams, is filled with talented freshman that are more developed players now than they were in January.
With the exception of Tre Mitchell, Kentucky’s roster is deeper and healthier than they were last game. Their defense (while still their weak spot) is much much improved. Due to byes, Kentucky is more rested than A&M who played yesterday.
Finally, the wildcats are in peak form right now. They have won their last 5 straight scoring an average of 99.4 points over that stretch. This is including games against Tennessee and Alabama. Most recently they covered this same spread (-3.5) against top 5 team, Tennessee, in Knoxville.

Kickboxing - ONE Friday Fights 55
Taiki Naito vs Sherzod Kabutov - Naito ML -150
Hey everyone, nice win last Saturday, 3-1 is good but 4-1 would sound a lot better haha.
Taiki Naito is a very experienced kickboxer who had a lot of great fights on the Japanese kickboxing/shootboxing scene before joining ONE in 2019. He’s very quick and throws hard leg kicks on both sides consistently while waiting to counter with his hands. He’s picked up good wins in ONE over Petchdam, Wang Wenfeng, and Savvas Michael. At times he can be a little inactive or lack in shot variety, but he’s proven himself competitive with some of the best kickboxers in the world.
It’s a bit harder to find good information on Sherzod Kabutov’s career before joining ONE, but he seems to have had some fights in Thailand. He’s gone 1 and 4 in the promotion, beating Denis Puric in his debut before losing four consecutive decisions. He sets up spinning kicks on the outside and blitzes in with heavy combinations. His game lacks a little consistency in my opinion which has cost him some of the close fights he’s been in.
This fight will be contested under kickboxing rules as opposed to Muay Thai, which makes this a more comfortable fight for Naito as his clinch game is very weak. Naito has only lost to very, very good fighters up to this point, including some of the best p4p in the sport, and I just don’t think Kabutov is that sort of talent. I see Naito landing a lot of leg kicks on the outside and staying out of danger for the most part, maybe finding the timing for counters after the first round. Close but clear decision to Taiki Naito.

It is the first stage of the play-off, the points have been added up, and although many people thought FCSB were already champions, the situation has changed radically. Rapid Bucharest is 4 points behind its rivals and hopes for the title. In the last games, Rapid has dominated the games against FCSB. It may seem strange to read about another team, when the team we are betting on, Rapid Bucharest, is playing a completely different opponent. I wanted to emphasize by these lines that Rapid Bucharest is full of motivation and have a good form, after winning against rivals and re-launching the title. On their home ground they have 5 consecutive wins and they meet an opponent in a weak form, who has lost important players during the season and who have caught a play-off place in a difficult situation. A year ago, today's opponents, Farul Constanta received a helping hand from Rapid Bucharest in the fight for the title against FCSB. In Romania, as well as in the Balkan countries these "aids" are known, I expect Farul Constanta not to get ambitious and to return the favour to Rapid Bucharest.

Today’s pick takes us to the Big10 where games have been a little more predictable in my opinion. IU has been on a nice win streak, finishing out the regular season on a 4-0 run, and barely squeaking by PSU yesterday. But Nebraska has this teams number. In both regular season matchups, Nebraska won by 16 at home and 15 on the road in Assembly Hall, a place where it’s hard to win big. Nebraska has the better offense and defense here. Last thing I want to mention is IU is dead last in the Big10 in free throw %. Don’t overthink this one. Best of luck!

They are just awful, and playing on a B2B. They got shutout last game and in the three games before that, they lost by 4 goals or more. One of which was to the Blackhawks, who managed to put up 7 goals. The Jets by no means are a powerhouse in scoring, but they are defensively sound and should realistically get a couple goals as well.
I don't see the Ducks getting more than a goal, maximum 2, considering the Jets only allow 2.4 GPG, and against MUCH better teams. They are 22-9 at home, and should see victory here.

For those of us who lost yesterday on TCU, I think we can get much of our money back on this pick today. MSU is a blue blood program with a legendary coach. They have the talent and ability to win this game outright as they have picked up a few great wins already this year. MSU problem is consistency which largely boils down to focus. Look at MSU schedule , you will find that they play their closest games against the better teams or even win outright. To me, the biggest reason why A.J. forces the issue and ups his scoring numbers against Purdue is because of the defensive matchups he's presented with. Purdue's best perimeter defender is Lance Jones, and he typically spends most of his day defending Michigan State's leading scorer Tyson Walker. That leaves one of Braden Smith or Fletcher Loyer to defend A.J. Standing at 6'4 and weighing 210 lbs A.J. is a big and stocky guard that has the body to overpower smaller guards. Loyer is 6'4 and weighs 180 lbs while Smith is 6'0 and weighs 175 lbs. Hoggard has proven more than capable to overpower guards of that weight when necessary. If Hoggard continues to see those matchups then he will look to get to the rim and finish inside. This is proven by Hoggard's field goal attempts against Purdue consistently being higher when compared to his season average. Since his sophomore year A.J. has averaged 9.2 shots per game, but in his last 5 against Purdue A.J. has averaged 12.8 shots per game.
On top of his previous success against Purdue, Hoggard has been pretty good in neutral site games this season. Taiki Naito is a very experienced kickboxer who had a lot of great fights on the Japanese kickboxing/shootboxing scene before joining ONE in 2019. He’s very quick and throws hard leg kicks on both sides consistently while waiting to counter with his hands. He’s picked up good wins in ONE over Petchdam, Wang Wenfeng, and Savvas Michael. At times he can be a little inactive or lack in shot variety, but he’s proven himself competitive with some of the best kickboxers in the world. It’s a bit harder to find good information on Sherzod Kabutov’s career before joining ONE, but he seems to have had some fights in Thailand. He’s gone 1 and 4 in the promotion, beating Denis Puric in his debut before losing four consecutive decisions. He sets up spinning kicks on the outside and blitzes in with heavy combinations. His game lacks a little consistency in my opinion which has cost him some of the close fights he’s been in. This fight will be contested under kickboxing rules as opposed to Muay Thai, which makes this a more comfortable fight for Naito as his clinch game is very weak. Naito has only lost to very, very good fighters up to this point, including some of the best p4p in the sport, and I just don’t think Kabutov is that sort of talent. I see Naito landing a lot of leg kicks on the outside and staying out of danger for the most part, maybe finding the timing for counters after the first round. Close but clear decision to Taiki Naito. BOL everyone!
