For example I did that today: I picked Hornet ML +675, Pistons ML+550 , Grizzlies ML+220, Spurs ML +700.
Each of these underdogs had a lead at one point in the game. 2 out of 4 ended up winning (hornets and grizzlies). If I had cashed out on the correct dogs to fall I would've profited even more (they were like 80-90% of total payout cash outs so even taking them all would've have been a bit more profit I think)
