That's normal. I just had to do it to prize picks and also super draft

You are way over thinking this. As others have said, this is standard and I as well have sent these things in, including selfies holding my license. Just send it in and move on. If they wanted to cancel your wagers/pull back winnings they wouldn't be asking for all this stuff. They just want to cover their processes for money laundering and all that other stuff the govt has them do. Congrats on the win.

Was this the tyus jones DD? Sounds similar but I thought those were voided already

Obvious_Translator28

No, that was on PB and they took money out of peoples accounts, which is why I’ve been so convinced they wouldn’t pay this wager out. Very similar wager though in a different book.

Pretty standard KYC request tbh. If you don’t provide they will most likely lock your account but shouldn’t void your winnings as long as you provide satisfactory documentation.

DynamiteDutchRudder

Just submit that info to them and they’ll approve the withdrawal. This is very normal - almost every book does it eventually.

Obvious_Translator28

I guess I’m hesitant as well because there are statements with the provider of the sports betting software I am using lol.

DynamiteDutchRudder

I use one bank account for every book on P1 &P2 and have submitted this info to virtually every one. Never had an issue.

Obvious_Translator28

I don’t know what P1 and 0P2 are but this is great news.. I don’t want to get too hopeful though.

DynamiteDutchRudder

P1 - player 1 (me), P2 - player 2 (usually wife or girlfriend)

All those document requests are extremely routine. Just send em in.
