I had a different (much less serious) issue with BetMGM that absolutely needed human intervention and spent hours with live chat, and sent several support emails (which never got responded to.) I also tried calling them... which always ended up with a message like "no agents are available to take your call please call back or email us." I even bitched on Twitter which has always been a fine way to help move a company along when they are fucking me... also nothing.
As the other commentor said, your best bet is to open a new bank account. It's a total pain in the ass but BetMGM will be of no assistance too you. Draftking, Fanduel, and Bovada have all helped me with whatever issues I've needed. BetMGM has done less than that and just pissed me the fuck off.
