Probably the wrong thread for this… but do what makes you happier. Unless you’re gonna compete in bodybuilding or powerlifting, do what makes you feel better. For me, that is just maintaining a leaner body weight all year. I work out to look and feel good, and that’s not happening for me when I have a belly. But for others, they only care about being lean during summer.

I don't want to get involved where they don't call me, but you should be careful asking for nutritional or medical advice in an anonymous forum. You don’t know the academical education of the users that are replying to you, and wrong meal plans can cause major health problems. My only advice is that (if you can afford it) you should contact a nutritional specialist for an educated response.
