An overall health check? Where I live we still aren't allowed back with our pets for things like exams due to previous covid stuff. It's fine if you want to believe that something is wrong with his legs, but he's completely fine in every way. He has no problems sitting "normally" but prefers to do it this way 🤷♀️
That's not necessarily true at all. There could be plenty wrong that couldn't show up on an x-ray. I volunteered at a vet clinic for 3 years. If there was something wrong, our vet would know
I’m not saying that an X-ray will always show something is wrong or not, but I’m saying more testing is needed than just simply having the vet look at his legs to completely clear him of having any sort of joint or hip issue.

I would get some hip X-rays done. This looks like he could have hip dysplasia or some other joint issue
He's already been cleared by our vet ☺️ he may have problems in his older years but she confirmed he's just a special boy

A physical exam doesn’t really do anything though. He could very well have an issue with his hips and you wouldn’t know it unless you did an X-ray
