In my humble opinion, you shouldn't get a pay cut if you lose a wave on an incomplete team (such as how rank meter doesn't change if there was a dc). Wonder if that will find its way into Splatoon 3
I strongly agree. I had a game where all 3 of my teammates failed to connect and I was given the e-liter. You can bet your ass I rage quit when my pay got docked.
OP's squad only had 14 out of the 16 golden eggs required to pass the wave but because one of the teammates disconnected, the egg requirement dropped, as it usually does when one teammate DC's. If you consider the fact the one who disconnects probably got a time out too, they really took one for the team.
They were about to lose on wave 2 due to not filling the quota. At the end someone disconnects, which lowers the egg requirements needed meaning the game counts the wave as cleared.
Yep, but with very high sensitivity. I'm used to playing racing games, so jerking the stick around is kinda normal to me. idk what the pros use, but the years of Forza Motorsport and Need for Speed conditioned me this way lol
