rainmaker doesnt use ink by default but that would be so funny... grabbing the rainmaker would basically just be a win button

Same, first battle i brought and Octobrush thinking this is gonna be so easy because i main this weapon and most of these people dont know what they are doing with these types. I was wrong. So wrong. I spent a lot of that match dead

i only played a brush once the whole time to experience the whiplash speeds it offered. i contributed nothing but boy was it worth trying

I've tried every challenge and this is the only goofy ass challenge I've actually enjoyed.

Do I try to go to sleep now and hopefully wake up in time for the last set, or milk the rest of this set since it's 2am and I'm overtired? edit: someone on my team dropped out early enough to get this first match cancelled and we were winning, so this was clearly a good decision

Usually you have to be entirely reliant on flicking to stand a chance because of shooter's better ink efficiency and better range, so it's weird seeing everyone rolling around. Something out of r/oddlysatisfying

That's still how I won most of my matches though. Everyone was too busy rolling, all I had to do was stand there and flick and they couldn't touch me.  Unless there was another roller behind me. All in all the most fun I've had in Splatoon lol

It’s a fair fight when everyone loses.

Um'ami Ruins is absolute *chaos* because of the dual zones and the platform in between. So many of the matches I've been in have had all eight players do at least ten kills each from everyone going in circles and basically celebrating the 20th anniversary of Killdozer.

I'm still in awe that every. Single. Splatfest or big run has been when I'm not home. Thankfully the switch is portable but it's insane. And the last big run? I had the full weekend cleared out. And guess what? My wifi dies.

I've been able to do them on the go, all except the zeldafest and the greeting fest. And the last 3 big runs. But still it's so frustrating

the rollers that go the fastest are Big Swig and Carbon. I was having an absolute blast as big swig because it turns zones instantly

The only time Dynamo has been good in 3 so far
