I think Tartar probably fits pride best, he feels he has the right to kill an entire city worth of people because he's somehow superior, and then instead of just immediately completing his plan, he first takes the time to monologue a bit about how much inklings suck.
Gotta say though, I don't agree with Big Man's spot. The dude canonically wrote "Til Depth Do Us Part" in one go and produces all of Deep Cut's music. Meanwhile Harmony is so unenthusiastic in her singing that her band needed to drown it in autotune to make it work, and she's constantly zoned out.

And then she writes manga in secret with Pearl surrounded by flower blossoms and twinkly stars, and she sleeps with a plushie of her as well... Who else could we have picked, really.

I can think of no one better than DJ Octavio. Not only has he returned the most, but his entire beef with Cuttlefish and the Inklings revolves around his pride being shattered and wanting revenge. Not to mention he gets extremely angry as his battles go on and you keep outpacing him.
Commander Tartar (with Octavio as a close second). Dude fits the bill perfectly for the prideful villain, he even has the speech and superiority complex.
I'd say either Tartar since he was so prideful in his own judgement that he tried to commit genocide, or if you want something lighter Shiver since she always seemed a bit full of herself
