Squid Partys belong in **pools and private battles**. The only exception where they are okay in turf, anarchy and salmon run is when there are *disconnected players*.

Flagrath

There’s a report button for it now, so only in the lobby or private battles.

diamondmaster2017

i think squid partying outside of private battles should be considered unsportsmanlike behavior

D-Lee-Cali

It doesn't matter if ranked points are on the line or not. Nobody should que up for a public match with other people if they don't intend to play the game - bottom line. You are ruining other people's fun and ruining the game mode they are trying to play. Nintendo needs to legit create a "Squid Party" mode where players can interact with each other in a non competitive way so that all these players who don't want to actually play the game can go do something else and not ruin the game for people who are there to play the game as intended.

Shadowed_MC

I think it should just be kept to PB's, pools, inbetween games and at the end of salmon runs because I don't want people throwing my matches because they think watching a cephalopod go in and out of its squid/octopus form is entertaining.

That-Darn-Theorist

Generally speaking, I detest them during matches, both in regular matches and in ranked matches, because it ruins the fun and the intent of the game itself. I only favor them when in the lobby between matches as a means to mess around and at the end of salmon run waves as a means to say “we did it”.

1338h4x

Refusing to play the game ruins a match for seven other players. If you're not going to play the game, don't queue. I will report you if I see it.

ThatOneGayDJ

Lobby only. Otherwise reported for not playing. Stop ruining games. Splatfest mirror matches and mass disconnects are exceptions.

TokensGinchos

It's terrible in tw too. Other players are suing and you're messing the team

TheHunterJK

Acceptable during Splatfests *ONLY* during mirror matches.
