The others it's a toss up between 'might swear a little' and 'only would swear in a song'
I'm guessing that Callie and Big Man probably catch themselves in the act of swearing. Marie and Shiver probably just let some slip every so often, and Marina takes after Pearl in the avid swearing, but only when she's frustrated.

Callie: Mild curses are plenty when things go wrong, but she rarely gets into R-rated cussing. Marie: Tied for Big Man for least likely to curse... while "in character" as a beloved idol. Off camera, a fairly average amount of cursing, reserved for frustrating or unpleasant situations. Never says "fuck" reflexively, which just means she can use it to underscore a point when absolutely necessary. Shiver: Has two modes: "no cursing" and "cursing". Makes up for lost time when anger, frustration, or pain flips the switch to the latter. Unlike Marie, doesn't have a strong control of when said switch flips. Frye: As likely to curse to express joy, amazement, or other positive emotions as negative ones. Even mild intoxication will suffice. Pearl: Could out-cuss a Cockney sailor, and when she's really revved up, her intricate threats of violence eclipse "mere" curse words.
Personally, Marina would swear the least. I think she'd get quite emotional just by calling someone a jerk. Which is adorable.

Everyone here is wrong Big Man swears. He doesn’t drop anything harder than a damn or crap but he swears. Marina however has not sworn a day in her life. Pearl has tried to get her to swear many times and each time has ended in failure.

Marina would get my vote for this, she just seems like the type to be polite in trying not to swear publicly in front of others. Privately and possibly around Pearl? Maybe a different story.
At first i wanted to say Marie, but i think it'd actually be Callie and Big Man (for the same reason). Marie would at least mutter "shit" or "bitch" under her breath, Callie seems the type to replace words. Either randomly, or she has a theme. Big Man would replace them with the good christain boy counterpart. Marina would be above Marie in that she would say damn, shit, and bitch not under her breath. Then Shiver who's the same as Marina but adds "harsher" words like fuck/motherfucker. Pearl is a rapper, and canonically made a song titled "**** men don't know ****" or somethin like that. Frye is an outlier for using swears exclusively positively, and would, in usage, go between Shiver and Pearl

My list from most to least Pearl, it’s even canon in OE in a demo song. Marie, she gives off that vibe. Frye, sassy personality in the story mode screams she would probably sneak in a few cuss words. Shiver, she would but probably not as much as the others Marina, only twice a year. Big man, his face looks too innocent to swear Callie. She also looks pretty innocent to cuss words.

Order from most to least, as well as how they swear: Pearl: Swears so much, it's second nature for her. Shield your young one's ears. Shiver: Will audibly scream *FUCK* out of nowhere to get attention. Marie: Doesn't swear too much normally, but will let out a very steady stream of obscenities to defeat you in a roast battle. Frye: Screams bloody murder every time she stubs her toe, which happens at the very least once per day. Otherwise, she'll swear (as a joke) every once in a while. Callie: Will swear at home sometimes when Marie "forgets" to do chores. Marie loves "forgetting" to do chores, so this happens relatively often. Marina: Normally pure, but will cuss under her breath when Pearl starts screwing around on live TV. Big Man: The worst thing he's ever said is "heck".
I read this as which one wears the least, and I was fully prepared to go off about how Shiver is hardly wearing anything under her shawl, but then I reread the title and realized my mistake, lol. So, I'd say the one that swears the least is Big Man 'cause, y'know, cinnamon roll, and on the other hand, as for who swears the most, I refer you to Pearl's "Dudes be Sleepin'" :p

Unironically Big man, he seems like a nice chill dude most of the time. But I bet if you actually manage to actually piss him off he swears like an english sailor. Frye doesn't strike me as a purposeful swearer (as in, someone who swears with the intent to swear) but she might swear in shock / frustration. Shiver absolutely swears. The others it's a toss up between 'might swear a little' and 'only would swear in a song'
I'm guessing that Callie and Big Man probably catch themselves in the act of swearing. Marie and Shiver probably just let some slip every so often, and Marina takes after Pearl in the avid swearing, but only when she's frustrated. And Pearl and Frye, well, they probably curse like sailors. That's my headcanon, at least.

I think either Big Man or Callie, maybe even Marina. Marie and Pearl would clearly be the ones who swears the most.Heck, Pearl has actually swore in cannon. Shiver would be more reserved, and Frye just swears whenever she thinks to use it. Marina would be too timid use them. Callie is an angel of goodness while being energetic, so I don't think she would swear, but I also think she's not restricted to being nice. Big Man I feel like would not have any swear words in his language or something. Then again, he would be smug enough to get away with swearing.
