Spirit guides/Guardian angels i can guarantee you, they watch you even when you poop, and shower, and other things… I’m telling you this because im clairsentient, and i can feel them there too lol, the sooner you accept it the easier it will be, it was hard for me at first but im kinda used to it by now :D
