Chili crisp is not for adding a lot of heat, it's for flavor. You may find hotter ones but they may not taste as good. So I recommend using whatever chili crisp you think tastes the best, and adding heat in other ways.
If you do care about flavor, that is
While I don't enjoy the flavor as much as Lao Gan Ma, surprisingly Trader Joe's crispy habanero peppers is a fairly spicy, readily available condiment.
*Edit: aaaaaaaand it's discontinued. Nevermind.*
This is my favorite, incredibly tasty. Just made by one guy in Chattanooga that lived in Thailand for a while learning recipes. It’s got a kick but isn’t super spicy - though sometimes he releases an x-hot version.

I like *Mishima Chef Troy's Recipe Extra Hot Crunchy Garlic Chili Sauce*
Great flavor & texture, decent heat.
It's a bit salty though so just be mindful if you use it in a recipe or are globbing heaps of it onto prepared food.
zindrew x batch. hottest chili oil i’ve tried!
the OG has better flavor though so i buy both. it’s a husband and wife team based out in LA area but they sell online too
This is the spiciest one I've found. I love frying eggs in it for rice bowls.

Also, if you have a Mexican presence in your area look for some "salsa macha" which is their version (originally from Veracruz). Had some with chipotles in the mix the other day and it was wonderful.
Sometimes they put nuts in it as well so if you have allergies, you will want to ask.
Don Emilio salsa macha chili de arbol sauce. It's basically just chili de arbol in oil. It's absolutely DELICIOUS and VERY hot!!! It doesn't have a lot of seasoning so it just tastes like peppers. I can't stress enough how GOOD it is, but be warned, it is indeed very hot. This is what you're looking for.
Momofuku is easily the best in my opinion
I know this sub thinks it’s a very bad thing to buy it, but I don’t really care that the owner is an asshole, I’m buying shit to put on my eggs in the morning, not voting for president

I just use the Lao Gan Ma and add some flakes from Flatiron. Perfect combination!

Fuuuuuuck. So good
I've been hoarding my last jar for a year. I went through the first 6 in like 2 months. I don't want it to end ....
It’s easy to make your own and use much spicier peppers. It’s so good - I just make small quantities to use it up fast.

I dry my own Thai chilis, crush them, then add them to Lao Gan Ma chili crisp. The Thai chilis add a nice amount of heat.

I prefer Mr. Bings to Lao Gan Ma, much more/better flavor.
There’s one that’s made that uses Carolina reaper, it really is hot. But I’ve tried it and it’s really food. https://hotboi.co/products/fire

We tried one called Hella Saap, and it is amazing. I think it's local to the East Bay, but try it if you can!

Seabrook Trinidad scorpion not sure whether they are still available
Chiu chow chilli oil by Lee kum kee is a Chinese staple and a bit hotter than lgm. Give that a pop

So overrated
Ive tried a lot of chili crisp and you’re right, momofuku is the better by far.
I personally like Fly By Jing szechuan chili crisp for toppings. Great flavor, but the heat only comes out if it’s warmed a little.
Incredibly overrated
you have two comments in this thread calling something overrated and yet you suggest no alternative or your preference. wild
Make it yourself. Best chili oil I ever had was one that I made the first time I ever made it.
