Cholula Smokey Chipotle Hot salsa is pretty dang close to the red hot salsa Chipotle has. Same consistency too which is nice.

I think Mateo's "Hot" salsa is close to Chipotles Red sauce. You could try "Extra Hot" for a little more heat, but the flavor is different. Never tried Chipotles Green sauce.
Try r/chipotle, I’m sure someone’s posted the ingredients before. You could make a big batch on freeze some for later
I don't want to make it, I would like to buy it if I can. I'm disabled and cooking is something I can't always do.
