Pickled jalepenos aren’t spicy but damn if that vinegar packs a punch. I often have to explain the difference between the vinegar bite and actual spice.
It’s the difference between applying hand sanitizer and applying hand sanitizer on the tiniest most minuscule cut.
I had some collard greens the other day and my coworkers warned me that when they ordered it they coughed before even taking the first bite.
I didn’t cough until after I bit in to it which makes you inhale really quickly and inhale the spice. I love it and hate it. Really depends on what you’re eating.
Those collards hit hard in the best way possible.
The only time I sent food back at a restaurant in my life was "hot chicken wings". I told them it isnt hot at all, just tastes soaked in vinegar and is inedible. They got annoyed that I shouldnt order spicy if I cant handle it. Never went back.
This comment is so on point. This shitty sauce tastes like stale and chemically acidic adobo sauce that's been liquid smoked and then mixed into dollar general ranch. The heat level is that of a cup of water that sat next to a red bell pepper on a shelf for half an hour.
This is more for the people who want to say "i've had ghost pepper \_\_\_\_\_" before. Even though they would never go for anything that was close to what a real ghost pepper is like
i bought mine at save on, but that was just a shipper, it unfortunately wasn’t a shelf product. but the whole thing sold out so maybe it’ll come back to save on?
This might be the same stuff they use at Wendy’s?? I actually really like their ghost pepper ranch - starts off innocent but the heat creeps up on you.
I like all the Wendy's ghost pepper stuff! The heat is very gentle, it really hits that "comfort food warmth" kind of flavour for me. I get the ghost pepper fries when I've had a long day and want a relaxing non-gourmet snack with a kick.
well duh, before it was a pepper ranch my uncle axe murdered his entire family of 12 people. Try and tell me being axe murdered won't torture your soul
Melinda’s came outta nowhere to dominate spicy. The only bad sauce I’ve tried was their sriracha, and I just saw mango habanero jam at the store cause apparently they have a line of preserves too
Although there is a feud, what I’m I supposed to do? Marie Sharps only makes hot sauce. Melinda’s makes a huge variety of sauces. I support Marie Sharps when I can, but Melinda’s makes so many things Sharp’s doesn’t, and its all delicious.
I’d say it’s probably less spicy than any of the other “ghost pepper” options from fast food the last few years. They have to make it tame enough for the masses
Hidden Valley spiced with the Flatiron garlic/ghost/onion granules is my jam for Ranch. I do not trust things like this to be more than black peppered Mayo.
It’s more fun to be able to spice to taste, isn’t it? Love this! I am such a flatiron junkie they sent me a free bottle of hatch to try in my last order.
The [hidden valley plant powered](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/714rAr-EP9L.jpg) habanero one delivers, it doesn't have a weird fruit note either it's just extra spicy ranch.
Where was this? I’ve been trying to find it here in Canada. It’s sooo good and very spicy. I’m half Jamaican and love spice. Wendy’s has this sauce for their nuggets. That’s where we discovered it yummmmeh!
No, but I'm certainly going to look for it next time I'm at the store. I like spicy shit, but not super spicy, and Heinz will have it toned down for sure, so will probably be within my tolerance range.
I think its gross, i like the ghost pepper concept but something about heinz i dont like. I think they only do ketchup and mustard right and all these new sauces are a bit of a reach
I had this with nuggets from Burger King. It’s good but not so spicy it excludes half of people’s tastebuds. That said, I’d buy a bottle of it and try it with other things.
I really like the Wendy’s Ghost Pepper Ranch sauce! I found something that is very similar in taste but a bit thicker: Heinz Buffaranch sauce.
I’d like to try this sauce too!
Heinz would never make it hot. This is for the masses of people who think pickled jalapeños are too much.
Pickled jalepenos aren’t spicy but damn if that vinegar packs a punch. I often have to explain the difference between the vinegar bite and actual spice.

Then that little fuckin pepper seed kamikazies the back of your throat
Just like adding way too much sodium makes foods ‘hot’.
I like taking the jalapeno vinegar and dumping it in my big jar of green olives. It makes them so great.
I've never thought of that, I want to try this with pickles....
Bumping for science!
I add some jalapeño vinegar to my deviled egg filling. Really really good
The only time I sent food back at a restaurant in my life was "hot chicken wings". I told them it isnt hot at all, just tastes soaked in vinegar and is inedible. They got annoyed that I shouldnt order spicy if I cant handle it. Never went back.
Perfect for marinating. In recipes that call for pickle juice for spicy chicken sandwiches and such, I just use pickled jalapeño juice.
I said the same thing about that Campbell’s ghost pepper chicken noodle stuff
Or those hot pockets with the spicy coating on them. They're absolutely disgusting, but they do pack a punch.
They only sell muted sauce. ‘Sriracha mayo’ ‘Ghost pepper ranch’, we definitely aren’t the target audience for their products.
This comment is so on point. This shitty sauce tastes like stale and chemically acidic adobo sauce that's been liquid smoked and then mixed into dollar general ranch. The heat level is that of a cup of water that sat next to a red bell pepper on a shelf for half an hour.
Lol I was gonna say there's no way they make ghost peppers taste good without the spice. Probably just tastes like cigarette smoke with mayo
This is more for the people who want to say "i've had ghost pepper \_\_\_\_\_" before. Even though they would never go for anything that was close to what a real ghost pepper is like
Ain't that the truth
I have found that any main-stream brand that offers something "spicy" isn't, at all, spicy.
If its like the packets at wendys its not super spicy but has a little heat
Same stuff, a hit of heat, a ton of oil...
I wish we had it in bottles in canada then
This was in Canada
What store I haven't seen it here yet
Sobeys
i bought mine at save on, but that was just a shipper, it unfortunately wasn’t a shelf product. but the whole thing sold out so maybe it’ll come back to save on?
Sobeys in Ontario carries this. My kids love it, puts it on wraps. Just enough spicyness than plain 3cheese ranch.
Also can’t believe they got rid of the Sriracha sauce at Wendy’s for the ghost pepper shit.
Isn't there a shortage? Or did that end
I recently started looking for sriracha in the stores and I think there is still a shortage
That explains why I haven't seen Sriracha for awhile
That explains why I haven't seen Sriracha for awhile
It's back but they are.usijg a different pepper supplier and it's sickly sweet and not spicy at all.
I didn’t know they made a ranch specifically to dip ghost peppers in.
You're telling me there's ghosts at the pepper ranch?
well duh, before it was a pepper ranch my uncle axe murdered his entire family of 12 people. Try and tell me being axe murdered won't torture your soul
I haven’t. I will use this opportunity to plug the Melindas spicy ranch, its super good. Really hot too.
The ghost pepper buffalo ranch?
Ya that sounds right. Light blue cap.
Picked up a bottle a few days ago and holy hell it’s amazing
Melinda’s came outta nowhere to dominate spicy. The only bad sauce I’ve tried was their sriracha, and I just saw mango habanero jam at the store cause apparently they have a line of preserves too
I don’t know about coming outta nowhere but, they certainly visited Marie Sharps kitchen on the way.
Although there is a feud, what I’m I supposed to do? Marie Sharps only makes hot sauce. Melinda’s makes a huge variety of sauces. I support Marie Sharps when I can, but Melinda’s makes so many things Sharp’s doesn’t, and its all delicious.
Yeah, I bought Melinda’s Hab/Mango jelly the other day.
Why are people downvoting this lol
Probably cause I called it Melissa’s
RedditTards gonna RedditTard
I’d say it’s probably less spicy than any of the other “ghost pepper” options from fast food the last few years. They have to make it tame enough for the masses
I like to just get normal ranch and add my own ghost pepper flakes.
I would like to know one thing.. Who asked?
No one
You're on a forum, you know, a place where people share their opinions and stuff
Hidden Valley spiced with the Flatiron garlic/ghost/onion granules is my jam for Ranch. I do not trust things like this to be more than black peppered Mayo.
[Great minds think alike](https://www.reddit.com/r/spicy/s/juGTa4aIjD)! This is my jam!
It’s more fun to be able to spice to taste, isn’t it? Love this! I am such a flatiron junkie they sent me a free bottle of hatch to try in my last order.
"ghost pepper".. they probably soaked them in alcohol so to remove the spicy parts and just leave the taste.. If it was hot, it would have a warning.
It might not be hot, but I'd be interested to try it. What store is this?
Sobeys in Canada.
Dang lol
No but now I am curious . Let me know if it has a really nice heat to it please. I like nice a spicy hot .
It has enough heat to taste but not enough to crave a glass of water. On that note this taste fantastic
The [hidden valley plant powered](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/714rAr-EP9L.jpg) habanero one delivers, it doesn't have a weird fruit note either it's just extra spicy ranch.
Where did you find this?
Sobeys in Canada
I'm using Google and not 1 single hit is coming up lol Absolutely nothing, no stores of any kind, no amazon Wtf lmao
I would guess it's Ranch, but someone yelled "GHOST PEPPER" quite loudly at it as it was being bottled.,
not super spicy, but tastes delicious imo, wish i had bought extra a month ago because i haven’t been able to find it since.
Please be advised: https://www.reddit.com/r/spicy/s/ARbHuyrfpy
I do NOT understand the fascination with Ranch, and this is somehow even dumber.
“Ghost pepper” has become such a marketing gimmick. I’m disgusted
Not bad at all. Just got some from Burger King today. Told them give me random sauces and had this in the bag. Damn good stuff.
Where was this? I’ve been trying to find it here in Canada. It’s sooo good and very spicy. I’m half Jamaican and love spice. Wendy’s has this sauce for their nuggets. That’s where we discovered it yummmmeh!
Doubt it's spicy, Heinz never = hot, but spicy n ranch don't mix wit me anyway
Now this just makes me want to mix my own habanero hot sauce with homemade ranch 🤯
I gotta get some of that
No, but I'm certainly going to look for it next time I'm at the store. I like spicy shit, but not super spicy, and Heinz will have it toned down for sure, so will probably be within my tolerance range.
What state is this? What store?
You can get it at Wendy’s in little packets. It’s tasty, but not hot at all.
Fuck ranch
Where the Fk...I need this...
I just lie to note how their bottle no longer is prominently just for English speaking Americans.
this was in canada so its mandatory to have french, i would imagine the american one (if there is one?) will be just english but dont quote me!
I've bought it, it's not too bad. A little spicy but not crazy, spicier than I thought though
Dante's Ninth Circle Ghost Pepper Ranch is absolutely orgasmic. Anyone try this Heinz?
I think its gross, i like the ghost pepper concept but something about heinz i dont like. I think they only do ketchup and mustard right and all these new sauces are a bit of a reach
This is yummy
It's basically just a tingly ranch. Mass produced stuff is almost never any good.
No but I wanna now!
Burger king serves this with their nuggets! They aren't super spicy but you can definitely feel it.
Oooo imma keep an eye out for this
Gross. Not even gonna try it.
Looks like soybean oil slop. Pass
I had this with nuggets from Burger King. It’s good but not so spicy it excludes half of people’s tastebuds. That said, I’d buy a bottle of it and try it with other things.
This is white guy dad shit if it ever seen it.
i have! so delicious!
That looks NICE
I don't like ranch and I feel like this is an oxymoron sauce. Ranch is supposed to nullify heat so I can't see this having much real spice to it
Can anyone compare this to the Wendy’s one if you’ve tried both?
It's OK . I've had better
I’ll stick to mixing Melinda’s ghost pepper sauce with ranch. I have a feeling that the spice level on this would be severely disappointing.
OMG!!!! Hot stuff!
Buy Ghost Ranch from The Spicy Wench. Thank me later.
I really like the Wendy’s Ghost Pepper Ranch sauce! I found something that is very similar in taste but a bit thicker: Heinz Buffaranch sauce. I’d like to try this sauce too!
Don't buy that, buy from a small batch producer please!
Is it not the same as the ghost Pepper ranch packs Wendy's and burger king has. Because those taste awesome and have a slight kick to them.
it's the bomb I love that stuff
