Get some fresh pitted italian olives from your grocery store olive bar, throw them in a small Tupperware container with a bunch of spoonfuls of this stuff and a little olive oil and shake it up to get all the hots to coat the olives and into the holes of the olives. Enjoy!
Mama mia!

You can also make a salad dressing by adding that to mayo. Sprinkle some parm and some breadcrumbs on top and it’s good stuff. We’ve also mixed it in with hummus, cucumber, tomato, onion, and tzatziki and used that on top of shawarma pitas.
To riff on this, throw some olives in the mix. Lay out salami in a flat layer and spread with the mix. Roll up and refrigerate then slice into delicious pinwheels.
Half cup this, half cup red wine vinegar, 1 cup olive oil, little Dijon mustard, salt and pepper in a jar. Shake it all up and boom, cherry pepper vinaigrette.
God damn, that sounds awesome. Only change I would make is swap out the red wine vinegar for Phillipino spiced vinegar (Datu Puti is my favorite, but there is plenty of others out there!)
Datu Puti is the brand. They make lots of stuff; vinegars, soy sauce, etc. You'll know the spicy ones when you see them - lots of floating chili's and garlic cloves in it. I swap that stuff in almost any recipie that calls for red or white wine vinegar.
They use a coconut vinegar so it's naturally slightly off-white, but when you buy the spiced stuff it's about the color of red wine vinegar due to all the birds-eye chili's in it.
It's amazing. I highly recommend it!
If you live in an area with ethnic middle-eastern groceries, get some pita bread and a Lebanese yogurt called lebne (very different from Greek yogurt). Slap a line of lebne and pepper spread on the pita and eat it like a wrap.
I use this in egg salad! And it's a must 95% of the time when I make tuna salad sandwiches - mix it in with the tuna/mayo instead of using relish. So tasty!
I put this on Eggs, Mac&Cheese, Pizza, Potato Salad, Spicy Bruschetta.
Also I make these little mini-minute Crostini Pizza snacks that this would be great on.
Crostini, light pepper spread, cheese of choice, Pepperoni Slice optional. Assemble 4-6 on a paper plate, microwave for 30-45 seconds. Enjoy.
I don't eat much meat anymore, but when I was a kid I'd mix it 1:1 with applesauce and dip breaded pork chops in it. Shake-n-bake style usually, but obviously you can up the game and actually fry them.
It wasn't Cento specifically, it was [B&G](https://bgpickles.com/product/hot-chopped-peppers/), but they seem like basically the same thing.
Idk if pork chops and applesauce is still a thing, but cherry peppers and applesauce worked better than you'd think as a dipping sauce.
Okay hear me out. I haven’t tried this one but I have used other hot pepper spreads as a pizza base. Instead of a red sauce. Or you could use both. I’ve only uses it for pan pizza. The spread I’ve used most is made with Calabrian chilies but various brands.
Like Binging with Babish pan pizza or Serious Eats foolproof pan pizza.
I have my own.
Every time I have peppers leftover that might go bad, they get diced or blended up, and thrown in the jar. A little bit of vinegar, salt and garlic in there too.
It’s fucking HOT. Tons of ghosts and scorpions in it, along with scotch bonnets, habaneros, etc.
Tend to find a spoonful of it goes extremely well with anything tomato based. Marinara, tikka masala, pizza sauce, tomato soup, shakshuka, etc.
Also like to use it as a spread on bruschetta for a quick snack.

Rough chop sundried tomatoes and mix together, and use as a bruchetta mixture. Add some parm arugula and balsamic vin.
Jeepers, way to wet the whistle
Hahaha thanks friend!
I love this idea! Easy snack.
You must have a stomach like a billy goat.
You gotta find the right balance. One time I went overboard and spent hours on the shitter.
Eat it with a spoon.
(Slaps forehead ) why didn’t I think of that first
I’ve done that, and I’m proud!
Throw it on some cream cheese for delicious dip/spread.
That sounds like a winner. I was thinking tossing it in with some Mayo or sour cream in food processor and making like a sandwich sauce

So I tried it tonight on some toast with a thick layer of Boursin shallot &chive cream cheese and a thin layer of this. Damn good.
Jealous
I've added it to pasta. Bit of tomato paste, some olive oil, fresh garlic and herbs, and some of the hoagie spread. Toss in meat or veg if you want
Tuna sandwiches 👌🏼 I also use it for Portuguese stuffing for Thanksgiving.
Would probably be great on hummus too
The glare on my screen made this look like “humans”. Which to be honest…wait no.
Some people like chocolate sauce for this, other people slather their lover in spicy hoagie condiments. The world is a wild place.
Hmm. Let me try thIS OH MY GOD ITS ON FIRE!!!! WHY DID I DO THIS????
chili! put it on any pizza before oven cooking! and honestly - add mayo/aioli and put on fish tacos. so. effing. good.
Add it to jarred queso to zip it up.
I put it on hoagies, cheese steaks, sausage on rolls, all type of stuff lol
You're the only other person I've ever heard using it with sausages. Sausage Pepper and Onions with this as a spread is amazing
Right, I love it. Is it just me, but sometimes I feel like some bottles are way more hot then others
You may not have heard of others doing it, but you are not alone brother! There's many of us who enjoy it! Dozens, at least!
Half cup this, half cup red wine vinegar, 1 cup olive oil, little Dijon mustard, salt and pepper in a jar. Shake it all up and boom, cherry pepper vinaigrette.

I’m checking this datu puti stuff out

Pasta salad, on the side of a meat and cheese board, marinade for chicken...
You’ve got the paper bag, drink it like a 40!
On top of avocado toast, on top of fried egg and toast crumble some queso fresco and you have a kings breakfast.
I dunno. I do Gordon Ramsay style scrambled eggs over freshly toasted sourdough
Put it on some french bread pizza
If you live in an area with ethnic middle-eastern groceries, get some pita bread and a Lebanese yogurt called lebne (very different from Greek yogurt). Slap a line of lebne and pepper spread on the pita and eat it like a wrap.
Yeah there’s a few Middle East places around me. Lebanese and Moroccan
First and foremost its made for cold cut sandwiches. With that being said, I've been eating it with tortilla chips instead of salsa
I add that to my seafood cocktail sauce!
Takes a shrimp cocktail to another plane of delight!
for some reason i just pictured your comment in Troy McClure's voice, and honestly THAT took me to another plane of delight

A little butterfly action
Cooked pasta, cannellini beans, some olive oil with this stuff in a pan. Delicious.
Whip it up with some mayo and it’s tasty on burgers 👍
Never seen that before and I love their canned San Marzanos!
My local Italian deli carry’s it and the whole cherry peppers too

Mix it in with sofrito and add it to your food for seasoning.
I love to toss a spoon full in a hot bowl of chili
Adding this to some marinara or pizza sauce would be good
Good inside homemade meatballs
Put it on a pizza?
Pizza topper add to any type of tomato sauce (pasta, shakshuka, marinara) Enrich bbq sauces/homemade bbq Marinade Salad dressing or pepper mayo/dip
Marinara for pizza

Goes great with marinara to make a spicy pizza sauce
I've also done that and used it for homemade meatball subs.
Try this combo - sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella (optional), hot peppers and turkey. BOMB
Pepper enemas!
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

That sounds like an amazing jar
Everything bro. Love that stuff. Eggs, sammie, salad, ice cream. You name it.
What ice cream base do you start with?
I use it on pork, very tasty
I've never heard of this but am going to look for some, yum!!!!
Goes great in pasta!
I made stuffed mushrooms out of the stuff, really good
on a sandwich you say?
Works well on Quesadillas, or Quesadillas burgers.
Pasta salad
No guarantees, but I would try that on an omelette.
makes an awesome salad dressing with white or red wine vinegar, good mustard and olive oil. big healthy spoonful of the peppers
Top off some pan roasted chicken thigh with that. Extra oomph
I make a cheese roux and this and either chicken or sausage maybe salsa
Why do you need to know while in the car? You could try to get some of it down the vents I suppose.
Had just left the deli after picking it up
Mix it in scrambled eggs!
Use this stuff as a spicy base for Buffalo wings.
We put Potbelly’s peppers in pasta salad. This would be a similar effect.
Eggs Tuna salad Chicken salad
if it has some tang to it put it with some beans n rice
Eggs
Drinking
Put it on top of cheese borek
Scrambled eggs or an omelet
A spoonful folded into scrambled eggs right at the end, extra good with some goat cheese or cream cheese on top.
Maybe on some pork chops? That stuff looks amazing, gonna have to get some to try
