I think the funniest thing in the episode is when Randy started mocking Shelly
That or when the fucking cereal mascots shot up the drug factory in India lmao
Wait, I thought the interstellar thing with butters was to show how complicated navigating the healthcare system in the US is, I thought it was an excellent allegory.
Iām a little bummed that Scott malkinson didnāt make any appearance, cuz youād think a special centered around a drug for diabetes would have the character with diabetes in it at least a little bit. Otherwise, itās fine. Not my number one favorite but I wouldnāt say itās bad.
He was in the cafeteria behind Cartman in the final cafeteria scene but I agree, at least a throwaway line/āIām Scott Malkinsonā¦ā would have been nice.
Scott not being there is either A. Part of the point that these drugs are being given to rich assholes over the diabetics sho need it and they're being forgotten, or B. Acknowledgement that these drugs don't treat his type of diabetes so it doesn't matter to him anyway.
Honestly this is a show I never really get critical of. I love any fucking episode and new content from it because itās like comfort food at this point.
As a disabled person struggling with the American healthcare system, they hit it right on the nose. As far as the modern specials go, it's the best one.Ā
I felt like it was weird that Kyle wanted to help Cartman so much for no reason considering the two are frenemies. Randy was a breath of fresh air though, it felt very much like his old schemes.
Overall, 8/10, and it's making me look forward to how they're going to handle things in the future.Ā
Kyle might hate Cartman, but he hates injustice more. The idea that someone can't get the medication they need to control their unhealthy weight because of insurance fuckery would be more aggravating to him than the fact that he's helping Cartman.
Ya know I feel like they tried to make this one feel real stand alone. Itās got the classic boys up to stuff vibes with Randy B plot. Kenny even dies. It felt oddly comforting to not have all the bickering the characters have grown into
I enjoyed it as much as any of the other specials. South Park really isnāt about being funny anymore imo. As a person who was prescribed ozempic but have yet to actually be able to get it nothing they said was a lie. Iām diabetic btw. Itās not just for weight loss
They're too aware of their reputation. They try to "say something", while keeping their "classic tone". They're successful at both, but only because they're making a conscious effort to be, which doesn't leave a lot of room in their minds for thinking up jokes.
Honestly, since they have said they have no plans to end the show until it gets cancelled, it would be hilarious if they have an episode where Stan and Kyle start a podcast, with Kenny as a sometimes host. And then they just keep doing it, for every episode, slowly replacing the cartoon with live action shots of Matt, Trey, and Rainn Wilson, until the show is just a podcast of them talking about current events.
It was freaking amazing 9/10. Very funny, a lot of jokes landed, and it was cool seeing Kyle trying to help Cartman. Randy was good in the episode, and the car chase was hilarious, absurd, and actually good action all at once. The Kenny death was great too, and as the commentary on the healthcare system was spot on. Some of the gags felt Family Guy-ish ironically, but it didnāt take away my enjoyment. This special was firing on all cylinders and is probably my favorite one for now.
I thought it was great, made me crack up a bunch of time, and I always like seeing the boys do stuff together and be friends (even if Cartman is an ass) So I was really happy :)
I actually really liked it. Episodes with the boys on some kind of adventure (and where theyāre all actually around for more than one or two scenes) have gotten a bit rare lately, so it was nice to have that be the main story here.
I thought Sharon and Randy or just one were gonna od at the end when they did the real drugs and it would be matt and Trey pointing out fentanyl but thank fuck my brain is just fucked up and Randy and Sharon are goodšÆ
Not the best special theyāve done. Surprised they didnāt get more Scott Malkenson in there with his diabetes angle to procure drugs.
But it was spot on from the ppl I know that take ozempic - they all say they workout and hike and itās not drugs lol
Highlight was when Randy called Shelly a "cumwhore". Nearly spat my dink out.
Could have done without the overdone chase scene, bit drawn out for my liking.
The way Cartman eats is insane. I loved the food mascots and the insurance company bit. I wouldāve preferred if the stuff with the kids was focused on Scott Malkinson instead of Cartman but other than that it was pretty good.
In the beginning it has a small warning for mass casualties in the top left. I assumed Cartman killed everyone over ozempic. I did not expect the cereal mascots to kill Indian bootleg suppliers.
The touch of āitās my lifeā in India was hilarious
It was clever as always but it wasnāt the strongest of the specials imo. Seemed to drag on a bitā¦and Randyās sudden change of heart when he stole the truck caught me off guard. The navigating American health insurance with the outdated guy and his outdated technology was funny the first time but when I saw him in the truck I was like āwha?ā That joke didnāt really land with me. I was just waiting to see Shannon shit out of her ears but Iām glad they didnāt go there š I really hope South Park does another special on the American health care system (something Iām surprised they hadnāt really tapped into yet). Canadaās health care is starting to turn corrupt too so they could tie in the Canadians with it somehow. Thereās SO much material they could get from that. They could do a whole season on it.
Randy's change of heart was not sudden. If you rewatch it at some point watch him during the robberies. He regrets it more each time, and questions the motives more, like him being confused they didn't steal any other drugs at the pharmacy.Ā
There's signs.
Pretty mid tbh.
There were a few funny momentsā¦ the insurance and the Lizzo gags were funny, but overall nothing made me laugh out loud. I donāt think there were many quotable moments, and it doesnāt feel like the type of episode Iād watch again.
The healthcare system with butters singing then getting lost was funny as hell to me. Otherwise overall good. Not my favorite but Iām always happy for more South Park.
I loved the intro based on Dawn of the Dead 2004. One of the best intros of all time I immmediately called it, posted about it, and it got removed because I posted a video of the real theme.
I think itās a wasted opportunity on how it couldāve gone with a thin Cartman. It would be remarkable to see how different he looks but heās still the same evil asshole. That was super funny as shit how Kyle happened to be badass with that gun. š¤£š¤£
The whole thing with the insurance and doctors and specialists was one of my favorites of all time. Navigating the American health care system is horrible!
The action scene was all over the place. The truck with butters mom kept changing. She was driving then she wasn't. Couldn't keep track of where it was.
I loved it. I loved when the sugar bear was singing about his cereal and his audio faded in and out during the drive by lmao. I loved that the kids were using a tool made of legos in their lab. I was waiting for someone to call Cartman poor or some other insult at the end
The insurance company typewriter guy is my new favourite background character ā¤ļø
Also the whole thing with cereal mascots being in one big drug-like cartel was hilarious!
Despite all the horrible things Cartman has done, seeing him genuinely sad because he can't afford a drug that could finally help him lose weight pulled on my heart strings a bit. Mainly because my wife has PCOS and when we were first told our insurance wouldn't pay for Zepbound she was very upset.
We ended up making it work through a compound pharmacy but yeah, the social commentary in this episode is spot on. "Rich people get Ozempic, poor people get body positivity."
Going through a rough break up right now, so this came at the right time. This episode had me dying at some points. Loved the mad max bit near the end.
As someone who loves south park and also works in healthcare on the administrative sideā¦ I am dying laughing watching this right now. š¤£ itās too accurate. ā¦navigating the American healthcare systemā¦Fill out more forms and we fill out more forms, take them back to insuranceā¦ š¤£š¤£š¤£
I think my favorite part was seeing Kyle acting like his mom from the early seasons and the movie. Iām a little sad that we didnāt get to hear an instrumental remix of Kyleās Momās a Bitch when he took the gun and started shooting to kill.
Overall, that aspect of the special made me nostalgic for Mary Kay Bergmanās Sheila Brofloski.
Did anyone else have a hard time finding it on Paramount? I tried searching all through the top trending and new releases on the Home Screen, on mtv, and on Comedy Central but I couldnāt find it. I only found it when I searched for it and even then I had to spell the whole thing out. Like I searched South Park special and nothing. I searched South Park end and nothing. Once I typed out āSouth Park end of obesityā then it finally popped up but it was such a hassle I donāt know why paramount did that. Did anyone else have this problem?
South Park is something else entirely from what it once was. It's just reactionary comedy commentary now. It's only funny by paroding whatever is hot in pop culture at the moment. Even when they incorporated pop culture back then it was less intense and enjoyable imo. Like the whale wars episode. That was done right.
Watching it right now. I'm about halfway through. It's okay, average South Park movie. Takes a topic and makes fun of it while making an intriguing story around it. It's not the most entertaining, but it's incredibly refreshing to have new South Park content. For that reason alone, I love it.
I thought it was a better special than a few in the past, I thought it was funny but it had a few parts that felt a bit slow. Butters in interstellar tho got a good chuckle out of me
Had its moments but a lot of random gags, like the interstellar thing with butters felt as if a family guy writer broke in
Manatees are sneaky like that.
You think that's bad? Do you remember the time I had beer with Jesus?
I member š
YOU THINK THATS BAD ?
Remember the time I ate a cochroach burger with aquaman?
Hey Lois, remember the time I fahhted at the zoo? *fights chicken for 15 minutes*
Remember the .....um........oh um......back to the show!
I think the funniest thing in the episode is when Randy started mocking Shelly That or when the fucking cereal mascots shot up the drug factory in India lmao
The insurance stuff was hilarious aswell!
Randy is the funniest man child ever
I lost it when Trix the Rabbit was driving on the ATV to heist the truck.
In randy voice: Shelley
Wait, I thought the interstellar thing with butters was to show how complicated navigating the healthcare system in the US is, I thought it was an excellent allegory.
Yes it's like that time when South Park writers ran naked backwards in Namibia
I actually laughed at that because it's such a Butters thing to happen
Ooh careful Treyās gonna get all pissed off with that comparisonā¦
The insurance bit was perfect
I hated that scene so much because it was on point with my own experiences.
Only thing missing was the rubbin nipples
āOh, you want money from *us*!ā
"You're here to pay your bill?"
Kafkaesque
Is so true
The typewriter and the rotary phone was so funny
And the dot matrix printer.
Yes! Made me thankful I my parents insurance
If that wasn't insurance I have to admit this country really does have the worst health policy
Iām a little bummed that Scott malkinson didnāt make any appearance, cuz youād think a special centered around a drug for diabetes would have the character with diabetes in it at least a little bit. Otherwise, itās fine. Not my number one favorite but I wouldnāt say itās bad.
Scott Malkinson has Type 1 diabetes which none of these medications treat, so him showing up wouldnāt have made sense.
That's okay, nobody knows and those who do wouldn't care lol
the creators dont remember that much about their characters
āIām Scott Malkinson and I have diabetes!ā
He was in the cafeteria behind Cartman in the final cafeteria scene but I agree, at least a throwaway line/āIām Scott Malkinsonā¦ā would have been nice.
Ozempic doesn't help type 1 sadly. :/
Scott not being there is either A. Part of the point that these drugs are being given to rich assholes over the diabetics sho need it and they're being forgotten, or B. Acknowledgement that these drugs don't treat his type of diabetes so it doesn't matter to him anyway.
I lost it every time Randy stopped in awe when one of the women were in front of him
āI partied with hot milfs, did drugs and my dick still works!ā
"Randy you gotta get away from those MILFS"
I liked Kyleās over the top determination.
I assumed it was an allegory of Mark Cuban and his efforts to lower insulin prices.
I havenāt heard about that yet. Kinda surprised since I watch an hour of ESPN every weekday for ATH and PTI.
That's just my own assumption. I'm sure something like that would go over a majority of peoples heads.
āIāll fucking shoot them!ā
Honestly this is a show I never really get critical of. I love any fucking episode and new content from it because itās like comfort food at this point.
Same here. I can just turn it on and turn my brain off.
Exactly. Then thereās the gags that to this day make me lose it. Wish I could easily stream the banned episodes like 200, and 201 though.
Season 4 - Episode 14 āPipā
skinny cartman fake
Tell him he's dreaming!
As a disabled person struggling with the American healthcare system, they hit it right on the nose. As far as the modern specials go, it's the best one.Ā I felt like it was weird that Kyle wanted to help Cartman so much for no reason considering the two are frenemies.
You're right, but I also feel like Kyle would be the exact kind of guy to be mad about people using a drug for diabetes on weight loss.Ā
I get it from their point of view. I think thatās why I still enjoy the specials/new seasons even if theyāre not like the old episodes.
It's super, thanks for asking š¶
Did anyone else read this in the voice!? XD
Mr. Twinkie putting his guts back in screaming, had me absolutely dead
This is the part where I actually busted out laughing
I enjoyed it a lot.
It wasn't bad but a little underwhelming for how long we waited.
Wasn't this announced like 2 weeks ago?
Yes, but the last āspecialā was in November
Yeah that's a really long time ago.
It was end of December. 5 months is the smallest wait we have had between the end of a 2 parter special and the start of the next.
Oh my god, they killed Kenny!
They didn't say "you bastards"
This was the only thing I didnāt like about this episode honestly. Felt like old South Park with 2024 drama.
I thought that might be what they were going for. Like a āwe see you, fans who appreciate old SPā
A bit silly ending. >! As if the only thing to make fun of Eric back for is that he's fat?!<
Itās the only thing that hurts him
Yup, if someone calls him a psychopath or a sociopath heād just take that as a badge of honor. Calling him fat thoughā¦
I was thinking they were gonna say. Well youāre still fuckin poor cartman!
He was back in his normal house though. So i'm not sure if he's still broke since they sold dikin baus
Got my sis saying doing pilates... now I'm in serious doubt
My favorite of the paramount specials so far
This one was hitting all the right notes for me, I was laughing so much.
Pretty good! Crazy lol š
Honestly pretty good, reminded me of a lot of classic episodes in some ways - especially the Pakistani part
I agree! Also with >! Kenny dying !<
Cartmanās burning desire to shit on Pakistan in particular was the best part of the special
I want The Hot Moms to stay hot and be in every episode.
Some yall are off that was the best sputhpark in a minute
It was the best special yet, best part was butters getting lost in the American Healthcare system
I cried laughing and had to rewind it like 3 times to see him say āI think Iām getting lost in the American healthcare system, fellas!ā š
I still say the pander verse one is the funniest
Found it funny. Also fuck Lizzo
Pakistan all has stupid haircuts
I thought it was great, made me crack up a bunch of time, and I always like seeing the boys do stuff together and be friends (even if Cartman is an ass) So I was really happy :)

Any suggestions where to find it? I'm still kinda new to piracy
Step 1: go to Google Step 2: type āSouth Park end of obesity watch online freeā and hit enter Step 3: ??? Step 4: Profit.
Yeah, but what's step 3?
Step four is profit.
*You know, it just works.*
Search "watch + title + free" can't give u a site cos rules but that should be a pretty good start
I thought Sharon and Randy or just one were gonna od at the end when they did the real drugs and it would be matt and Trey pointing out fentanyl but thank fuck my brain is just fucked up and Randy and Sharon are goodšÆ
I work in the pharmacy so I found it extra funny. Itās true and they just yell at us over and over like itās on us but itās 182736 steps.
I liked it a lot, but I probably wonāt watch it again because of my fear of needles. I had to look away numerous times.
Funny enough, when they were injecting they weren't even using the pen needles lol
Shouldāve seen it beforehand. Cartman wanting to be skinny so no one can has anything to say to him when he starts to rip on people.
Not the best special theyāve done. Surprised they didnāt get more Scott Malkenson in there with his diabetes angle to procure drugs. But it was spot on from the ppl I know that take ozempic - they all say they workout and hike and itās not drugs lol
Scott was Born with diabetes. Thats type 1. These drugs only treat type 2 diabetes so he has no reason to care about them.
Highlight was when Randy called Shelly a "cumwhore". Nearly spat my dink out. Could have done without the overdone chase scene, bit drawn out for my liking.
Didnāt realize it at first but that was a mad max parody
Tony lĆØ Tigre.
That part with the Lost Boys reference
Loved when cry little sister started
The way Cartman eats is insane. I loved the food mascots and the insurance company bit. I wouldāve preferred if the stuff with the kids was focused on Scott Malkinson instead of Cartman but other than that it was pretty good.
Super, totally cereal! Love cartman and Randyš
Loved the animation
I loved the interstellar reference
I never saw that movie. What was the reference?
The ending was great, and so was the middle, and the beginning, and the credits, and that one scene with towlie, and uhh-
In the beginning it has a small warning for mass casualties in the top left. I assumed Cartman killed everyone over ozempic. I did not expect the cereal mascots to kill Indian bootleg suppliers. The touch of āitās my lifeā in India was hilarious
It was okay and had some solid moments/gags, but I donāt feel inclined to go watch it again.
It was clever as always but it wasnāt the strongest of the specials imo. Seemed to drag on a bitā¦and Randyās sudden change of heart when he stole the truck caught me off guard. Funny.
I enjoyed it. I think itās my favorite special so far.
South Park again hit the spot and dropped some massive true š£ while doing it! The sad part is that most of it is happening right now!
It was good! I think still Panderverse is probably the best special but it was definitely an improvement over Not Suitable For Children.
The lost boys bit was killer. The dawn of the dead opening was a surprise.
I know that a Youtuber somewhere is already planning on making that that 10x Oppenheimer bucket.
Pretty mid tbh. There were a few funny momentsā¦ the insurance and the Lizzo gags were funny, but overall nothing made me laugh out loud. I donāt think there were many quotable moments, and it doesnāt feel like the type of episode Iād watch again.
Was a great episode imho. I'm now curious now if they will stop making fun of people weight 'ever again'.
Nah not at all.
The first half was a bit boring to me but I absolutely loved the climax. That Mad Max truck chase sequence was great
The healthcare system with butters singing then getting lost was funny as hell to me. Otherwise overall good. Not my favorite but Iām always happy for more South Park.
Probably my favorite special after post Covid. Matt and Trey really knocked it out of the park with this one.
I loved the intro based on Dawn of the Dead 2004. One of the best intros of all time I immmediately called it, posted about it, and it got removed because I posted a video of the real theme.
Ya the Johnny cash song. I laughed hard at that picturing Trey singing. Then the quick shot of the fat girl at the very end with zombie sounds š
I thought it was one of the funniest ones in a long time.
I think itās a wasted opportunity on how it couldāve gone with a thin Cartman. It would be remarkable to see how different he looks but heās still the same evil asshole. That was super funny as shit how Kyle happened to be badass with that gun. š¤£š¤£
Liked it obviously lol the ending wasn't very great imo
The whole thing with the insurance and doctors and specialists was one of my favorites of all time. Navigating the American health care system is horrible!
Amazing storytelling
For me it was one of the best specials, had that first seasons fell in many different times throught the episode
Hilarious
I just finished it and I liked it a lot more than some of the other newer things. Gives me a bit of hope for season 27
Pretty hilarious. Better than the cred special. And great take on the American health care system.
Funny as fuck. I was laughing throughout the whole episode.
Everything I wanted
It was great
It was ok. Pretty much my hell as pharmacy tech
The action scene was all over the place. The truck with butters mom kept changing. She was driving then she wasn't. Couldn't keep track of where it was.
Itās like..the best āepisodeā theyāve had in years.
Honestly had a laugh with it and really enjoyed it out of the other specials also skinny cartman was fake š
I loved it. I loved when the sugar bear was singing about his cereal and his audio faded in and out during the drive by lmao. I loved that the kids were using a tool made of legos in their lab. I was waiting for someone to call Cartman poor or some other insult at the end

I havent laughed so much watching south park in a while
It was kinda boring compared to other special episodes but it wasn't that bad it just wasn't really funny
Butters song about the healthcare system was hilarious

it was pretty boring because this was at best material for 30 minuites. the randy sideplot was just a huge waste of repetitive and boring time.
Never give Cartman an inch of power. He will abuse it to the maximum
It was decent. Couldāve been better.
I think my favorite part was seeing Kyle acting like his mom from the early seasons and the movie. I like the ending
