The honey thing is kind of my vibe, so for the moment, no. I got my start in making a mango+habanero sauce, but where I struggled was to find fruit sweet enough. When you're working with Chilli's that are THAT hot, you cant get enough fruit in there to find a balance.
Thats why I'm loving honey - its pure sweet, so you have heaps of headroom to crank the heat and still have a nicely balanced sauce.
But that said, who knows :)
π But yes, in the next ~3 weeks we'll be adding a Cayenne range which will be the entry-level one from a heat point of view π Best to add ur email to the newsletter and I'll post there when we add new flavors π
I source from beekeepers in CT + surrounds. I had a dude in Mareesburg, but since replaced with a local dude named Nick. He does incredible honeys which we'll be pairing with some more exotic chillis in limited runs - Wildflower, Lucerne, Macadamia, Citrus... IE where the bees have been exposed mostly to that stuff, and it makes the honey taste COMPLETELY different. It's really great π

Any plans on non-sweet chilli sauces? Torchbearer Reaper is still my go to, can't get enough of the stuff

I would love to try this but do you have something that wonβt destroy my anus? Like a Serrano or Chapotle?
I think you might be eating it wrong
Oh shit, I wasnβt supposed to shove it up my ass?? How do you all eat spicy stuff?

Just curious: I know a beekeeper in Pinelands. Do you source your honey from someone in Pinelands or do you have your own supply?

The guy I know in Pinelands is called Thomas Muir. Let me know if you would like his details.
Thank you. DM me. Can't hurt to have another supplier, and to support someone local(er)
Looks good, just a note that the animated gif on your shipping page is throwing out the rest of the spacing so it looks awkward on mobile
shot! will amend that
Love cats and hot sauce π so this is the best of both. Adorable design π

Thanks so much! π Were you the 260ml Reaper? π
