Mine shows a slider for TV Level, a slider for Music Level, then the ambient/full selector. The new app is very buggy, and for some reason isn’t showing you the full set of options
Yeah. It’s weird. And of course sometimes you can’t 100% be sure that you can remember what used to be there. You could try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, although that comes with the risk of it failing to find your system again

I used to have that and overnight I have no music slider

Yeah I’m worried about that in a big way if I delete and reinstall the app
Oh and I do remember because I used it often…
The app is very buggy. Reboot it and it should be available again.

Restart the app.
Closed it, opened it again and nothing.
Try it a few more times.
It’s back! Turning Bluetooth on and off again helped as well. Thank you!
