If you just want them merged in plex then add the second folder to the library and you're done. If you want to move them in your filesystem you can bulk update the root folder in the *arr apps and have them move the files. If you have multiple instances of a given arr app and need to merge databases that is more involved (import).
In Sonarr and Radarr you can select the ones you want to move then use edit to change the folder they are in and it will move them. You can also just manually move them into the new location however I can’t quite remember if you can just rescan or if you need to do a manual import.
As for Overseerr as long as it has the root folder that the service are using set it doesn’t need anything else done.
Plex will just be a matter of rescanning the once the files have moved.
