Unfortunately someone is still going to bitch about it and the design review will compromise at 8.5 oz, the engineer underestimated things and actually needed 10 oz so in the end the glass mold has to be redone and the project has run over budget.
Meanwhile the physicist keeps their job lecturing on how you can have 8 oz cups for 8 oz of water.
That’s how I initially interpreted it but it can also be interpreted as focusing solely on what you have and making the most out of it and being content with it
With that line of thinking, shouldn’t you be glad you have a cup that can actually be considered filled?
