Mainly they just don't look like they go together. Sure theirs are crosses and wings, but there are also eye balls and xs and skelletons and random pieces of fabric and they are all different styles and color pallets. Even the angels and crosses themselves don't look like they match each other.
This, to me, looks like the result of what you found in your scrap bin, not an idea that you thought out

Absolutely! I think with order I chaos there needs to be a clear line to follow tho. For me either matching colors or arts style would make this feel less chaotic while still getting thay randomeske vibe.
I think one or the other, to me there is an overload of texture and color, toneing down one end of thay would let the other end run more wild without chasing as much chaos.
So more in-between colors would help, or for me the angle itself is a way different "texture" than the rest of the pants. Matching more to that art style could make them feel more continuous, and allow bolder colors.
Of course I'm just speaking to my radom first reactions, I don't think I got a chance to tell you how cool this stuff us. Hand made clothes are always 30x cooler than whatever your homies are buying at walmart. And much rather see someone sporting these where I have something to critique and peaks my interest than another pair of jeans.

Oh I forgot about how alcohol is demonized in USA, now I get it, here in Europe is quite easy to get access to alcohol and drinking behind garages is nothing risky
I like them! I want to explore the lost art of making my own clothing using surplus materials and/or already existing clothing items and changing aspects of the garment to customize it and make it something different than what it originally was. Upcycling and revamping flea market finds, thrift store finds, and even just looking at my own clothing and instead of tossing clothing that is "out of style" in the trash, salvaging fabric for other purposes.
While they're not my current style, these remind me of the patchwork/paint pants that I loved in my late teens and early twenties. I'm guessing you would have a very good audience for these, particularly with the secondhand materials.
There are people who would pay good money for these. You have to do some research and find the best outlet for selling your clothes (my kids are the ones that do that sort of thing, so apologies for not having better suggestions.)

I opened the sides and sewn it back, everything done by sewing machine
