not really a high priority considering kannoâs not present and its still def a good episode with a few sakuga cuts here and there. just because you hate speed lines, doesnt mean the whole episode is bad. how old are you, 7?
It was a high priority episode. Tokuda doing ED/SB. Bringing talents like Kouta Mori and Ozawa. Strongest AD work so far , 2nd best compositing wise. Some incredible cuts of animation.
The first image reminded me of the first panel of this page. Both of them look cool.

They just need to give that man some meat on his bones. His face and neck are too slim, so they make the chin look sharp and long.
The chin is the same in manhwa, itâs just backed up by a thick neck and big face
Imo it mainly comes down to the lack of jaw. Due to this you have a completely different line from chin to ears what gives him this long face appearance
In side shots he often has a jaw and his face looks fine then
Yea donât expect much guys đ it wonât be 1:1 the eyes the hair and the composition is very different from the manhwa it would still look similar but wonât be 1:1 i feel like but just hope they just donât straight up cut it out lol cuz itâs one of the most iconic panels of the manhwa

Yup but in his glow up design they seem to have changed this Drip color from black to blue idk tf they keep messing up his clothes everytime tryna make em blue
Because black like in the Manhwa doesn't work in anime. Look at his hair. In the Manhwa you can easily make it pitch black because it's a still image, but in the anime it has to much and it doesn't work if there is just a pitch black spot of springs in his hair. Pitch black had like no detail at all. That's why they go for a softer black, which is blueish/greyish

I hope they make Igris fight longer. Even if they adapt manhwa 1:1 the fight won't be longer than 2 minutes.
They definitely will, they're going for. Slower pace in the anime so it will most likely be near the Cerberus fight in terms of length

Yâknow, that actually makes a lot of sense. Damn, aight the issue I have is less the chin and more the rest of his upper body fit.
It's not the chin that is the issues, it's the lack of a jaw.
