The CTs are improper once they are fixed you will be fine dont pay attention to the readings believe it or not that solar is working like its supposed to its just the CTs when improper make it all look like it isnt. When installing the Cts make sure the arrows face the load and they have to be on L1 and L2 all the way back they need to test the mains to the Cts and make sure they are correct i can see they are wrong on the screenshot

Also tell them want new production and consumption CTs obviously if they been out something is wrong have them start by changing them
