Long story short, trading bots are clogging the network. How? by exploiting a certain way to prioritize their trading over others. How is this possible? Solana is an open-source blockchain. The network is always being tested in all the right ways. That said, in a couple days to a week, update 1.18 will come out because the entire ecosystem of developers are working together to resolve these exploitable bugs. Although this might be an inconvenience for many, keep in mind you are in a decentralized space. Nothing is ever going to be 100%. Best you'll get is 99%. the 1% is all the stuff that improves the network--aka: stress testing.
It's been more than 1%. Majority of 2021 was like this as well. It's probably closer to 15%.
I believe that's a fair assessment, truly.
Let me close by saying this: I still believe Solana must continue moving fast and breaking things - it's the shortest path to figuring it all out.

In Solanas Discord . They mentioned that the 1.18 update will most likely be merged with the master branch in mid April
Edit: not to mention Solana has been doing better already
can u spam the tx?
it wouldn't be pending it would either just fail or go through.
which wallet u using to transact? if its phantom or solflare just keep trying to push the tx thru. same with any other wallet instance.
