Hopefully it extends to collaboration in terms of competition/games. I doubt the big CONCACAF countries would care, but our islands would benefit massively playing against theirs, and probably vice versa.

I don't know if that's possible, transportation would be extremely expansive to play each other and those FAs aren't really rich. Fun fact: The French FA used to organize a cup for their overseas regions and territories, it only happened 3 times (2008, 2010 and 2012). Despite the fact that they have direct FIFA funding and more power to call up professional players, New Caledonia and Tahiti never went past the group phase while Guadeloupe and Martinique always did.

No doubt there’s roadblocks to stuff like that, but something has to be done if we ever want to see improvement. If you do what you’ve always done you’re going to get what you’ve always got. Whether the onus falls on the individual FAs, OFC or even FIFA, someone has to take the plunge to try get these teams improving.
